Este miércoles asumen 3 jueces y funcionarios judiciales

El Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ) tomará juramento este miércoles a jueces y funcionarios judiciales para los nuevos cargos. En el acto se realizará a las 12:00 en el Salón Blanco del Palacio de Justicia.

Los nuevos cargos “que transcurrieron satisfactoriamente todas las instancias correspondientes a los Concursos Abiertos de Antecedentes y Oposición por el que fueron elegidos y el posterior acuerdo para su designación por parte de la Cámara de Senadores de la provincia”, según confirmó Prensa del Poder Judicial.

Jugarán en sus cargos:

–Cynthia Liliana Fernández Paz, como jueza Civil, Comercial y Ambiental N° 5 de la Primera Circunscripción Judicial de la Provincia de San Luis, con asiento en la ciudad de San Luis (Decreto N° 5655-MGJyC-2022 del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial);

–Marcos Gabriel Flores Leyes, como juez de Garantía N° 3 de la Primera Circunscripción Judicial de la Provincia de San Luis, con asiento en la ciudad de San Luis (Decreto N° 5652-MGJyC-2022 del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial);

–Carolina Soledad Cherubini, como jueza Civil, Comercial y Ambiental N° 1 de la Segunda Circunscripción Judicial de la Provincia de San Luis, con asiento en la ciudad de Villa Mercedes (Decreto N° 5653-MGJyC-2022 del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial);

–María del Valle Durán, como fiscal de Instrucción N° 4 de la Primera Circunscripción Judicial de la Provincia de San Luis, con asiento en la ciudad de San Luis (Decreto N° 5656-MGJyC-2022 del Poder Ejecutivo);

–Gabriela Verónica L’Huillier, como defensora de Niñez, Adolescencia e Incapaces de la Tercera Circunscripción Judicial de la Provincia de San Luis, con asiento en la ciudad de Concarán (Decreto N° 5651-MGJyC-2022 del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial).

–Gabriela Natalia Ramosca, como secretaria de Primera Instancia, para desempeñarse en el Juzgado en lo Civil, Comercial y Ambiental Nº 1 de la Primera Circunscripción Judicial (quien cumplía -hasta hoy y de manera provisoria- funciones como Jueza de Primera Instancia del Juzgado Civil, Comercial y Ambiental N° 1 de la Segunda Circunscripción Judicial), designada por Acuerdo Nº 180/2022.
