La Cámara de Diputados de San Luis firmó un convenio con la ONG Grooming Argentina
La rúbrica estuvo a cargo de la presidenta de la Cámara, Silvia Sosa Araujo y en representación de la ONG llegó desde Buenos Aires, Hernán Gabriel Navarro.
En el acto, que se desarrolló en el Palacio Legislativo, estuvieron presentes también, la senadora provincial María Angélica Torrontegui, la diputada Fernanda Spinuzza creadora del proyecto de Ley de Ciberseguridad, el diputado nacional, Carlos Ponce, las ministras del Superior Tribunal de Justicia Carolina Monteriso y Cecilia Chada, la ministra de Educación María Eugenia Cantaloube, el secretario de las Juventudes, Emiliano Blanco, en representación del Ministerio de Seguridad, Gabriela Puerto, el secretario de Gobierno de la Municipalidad de San Luis, Andrés Russo, la jefa del Programa Gobierno y Vinculos Parlamentarios, Romina Zoppi, El jefe del Programa Derechos y Garantias Constitucionales, Mariano Barrera, Iván Cali Velazco, director de Asesoria Jurídica del Ministerio de Gobierno, Justicia y Culto y los diputados y diputadas provinciales Sofia Larraude, Analía Agüero, Alberto Leyes Federico Berardo, Claudia Pinelli y Ariel Farias.
El grooming es un delito que afecta tanto la intimidad sexual como la integridad de las personas, y que puede provocar graves consecuencias psicológicas y físicas. Es definido como toda acción que tiene por objetivo socavar moral o psicológicamente a una niña, niño o adolescente, con el fin de conseguir su control a nivel emocional para un posterior abuso sexual. En la faz preventiva de este delito, se considera trascendente aunar esfuerzos para fijar políticas y líneas de acción.
Grooming Argentina es una Asociación Civil sin fines de lucro, que tiene por objetivo principal es la prevención, promoción y protección de niños, niñas y adolescentes, con relación a la problemática de grooming y el uso adecuado y responsable de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TICs); la asistencia y representación a la víctima.
En el año 2021, la Cámara de Diputados y el Senado de la provincia de San Luis sancionaron la Ley Nº I-1055-2021 de Adhesión a la Ley Nº 27.590, para la concientización y prevención cómo pilares para combatir el grooming.
