Prorrogaron el período de inscripción para el subsidio de tarifas

Con el objetivo de que quienes aún no hayan podido realizar el trámite logren completar el formulario de segmentación, se extendió hasta el 31 de julio la chance para anotarse en el Registro de Acceso a los Subsidios a la Energía (RASE).

El Gobierno anunció este martes que decidió prorrogar hasta el 31 de julio el plazo para que los usuarios de electricidad y gas natural se inscriban en el Registro de Acceso a los Subsidios a la Energía (RASE), con el objetivo de que puedan hacerlo aquellos hogares que aún no completaron el formulario de segmentación.

El formulario está disponible en la página web, que ya tuvo un total de 28.656.102 visitas.

De esta forma, desde la medianoche del martes -cuando finaliza el registro para quienes tienen DNI terminado en 6, 7, 8 y 9- y hasta el domingo 31 de julio inclusive, los usuarios podrán completar el formulario de manera virtual todas las personas que aún no pudieron hacerlo con cualquier número de DNI.

Hasta ahora, un total de 6.007.710 hogares completaron el formulario para mantener los subsidios de energía y gas.

En el caso específico de los usuarios con DNI terminado en 6,7,8 y 9, el total de inscriptos hasta el momento fue de 2.391.776 hogares.

De ese total, 101.200 pertenecen a la tarifa 1, de ingresos altos, que irán perdiendo los subsidios gradualmente; 1.323.046 pertenecen a la tarifa 2, de ingresos bajos, que mantendrán los subsidios, al igual que los 967.530 que pertenecen a la tarifa 3, de ingresos medios.

Ya se inscribieron más de 6 millones de hogares a la segmentación de los subsidios

Quienes no aparezcan en el Registro de Acceso a los Subsidios a la Energía no estarán alcanzados por el beneficio. La ANSES ya asignó más de 40 mil turnos para completar el formulario de manera presencial.

Más de seis millones de hogares completaron hasta este mediodía el formulario para acceder a los subsidios mediante la segmentación de los subsidios al consumo de los servicios de energía eléctrica y de gas natural, en tanto se estima que para fin de julio se alcanzarán cerca de 11 millones de usuarios inscriptos.

La información fue dada a conocer por el vicepresidente de la Compañía Administradora del Mercado Mayorista Eléctrico (Cammesa), Santiago Yanotti, coordinador del programa de segmentación.

Yanotti formuló declaraciones a Télam el día en el que vence el plazo para la inscripción para los usuarios cuyos DNI finalice en 6, 7, 8 y 9, pero confirmó que a partir de este miércoles y hasta el domingo 31 de julio «va a seguir abierta la inscripción» para aquellos que no hayan podido completar el formulario en los plazos previstos.

El funcionario remarcó la importancia de realizar el trámite, ya sea de modo virtual o presencial, ya que «el decreto (332/2022) prevé que los que no aparezcan en el RASE (Registro de Acceso a los Subsidios a la Energía) no estarán alcanzados por el beneficio», y en consecuencia deberán pagar la tarifa plena.

De todos modos, aclaró que «los barrios populares están todos subsidiados por ubicación y seguirán así aunque los usuarios que vivan en ellos no llenen el formulario».

Yanotti estimó en alrededor de 15 millones de hogares a los que estarían en condiciones de completar el formulario, pero consideró que «por la forma en que va creciendo la inscripción, a fin de mes se llegará a unos 10 millones u 11 millones».

«Llegado el 31 (de julio) se evaluará cómo seguir», planteó, además de aclarar que el dictado de una eventual prórroga no está entre sus atribuciones, sino que, en todo caso, «el secretario de Energía (Darío Martínez) lo tendrá que evaluar con el equipo de la ministra (de Economía, Silvina Batakis)».

Respecto de la inscripción de modo presencial en dependencias de la Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (Anses), indicó que ya se asignaron «más de 40.000 turnos» y que la atención se extenderá «hasta los primeros días de agosto».

Al respecto, precisó que ese plazo no implica una demora en la aplicación de las nuevas tarifas, debido a que «una cosa es el RASE y otra cuando se empiezan a aplicar los cuadros».

Por último, destacó el «buen avance» de los acuerdos con provincias y municipios, y señaló que en el primer caso «más de la mitad ya los firmaron o están por firmarlos».
