El próximo domingo 14 de agosto, en la avenida 9 de Julio, entre Corrientes y avenida de Mayo, en la ciudad de Buenos Aires, 24 equipos de asadores de todo el país competirán para definir quién es el mejor de la Argentina.

La ciudad de Buenos Aires se prepara para ser anfitriona este fin de semana largo del 13 al 15 de agosto, que tendrá como protagonista el domingo la cuarta edición del Campeonato Federal del Asado, y una oferta gastronómica con representación de todas las provincias, informó este lunes el Ente de Turismo porteño.

“Este mes el programa “Escapadas BA” pone el foco en la gastronomía que es un sector pujante de la ciudad y que ocupa un lugar especial dentro del turismo», destacó a través de un comunicado, ​Lucas Delfino, presidente del organismo.

«A través de la comida -continuó- se conoce mucho de la cultura de los países y nos permite viajar por medio de los aromas y sabores. Buenos Aires es una ciudad cosmopolita donde se encuentran bares y restaurantes para todos los gustos y precios para todos los bolsillos”.

En primer lugar, BA Capital Gastronómica llevará adelante la cuarta edición del Campeonato Federal del Asado el domingo 14 de agosto, de 10 a 18 en la Av. 9 de Julio, entre Av. Corrientes y Av. de Mayo.

Durante el evento habrá actividades culturales y recreativas para toda la familia con ofertas gastronómicas desde $500, y con 23 representantes profesionales de la parrilla de cada una de las provincias y de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires que se disputarán el premio al mejor asado del país a metros del Obelisco.

«El Campeonato Federal del Asado es un evento que busca potenciar el sector gastronómico e incentivar el desarrollo profesional de los parrilleros y parrilleras concursantes mediante la elección del mejor asado de la Argentina”, comentó por su parte, Héctor Gatto, subsecretario de Políticas Gastronómicas.

Además, las propuestas incluyen los diferentes polos gastronómicos como el de Caseros en San Telmo, el de Goyena en el barrio de Caballito, en el Bajo Belgrano o el de Chacarita y asimismo se resaltan restaurantes, bares y confiterías en el barrio Coreano de Flores, el Paseo de la Infanta en Palermo y el Pasaje Echeverría en Belgrano.

También están los patios y mercados gastronómicos de la ciudad, como el Mercado de los Carruajes, el Patio de los Lecheros, Mercat Villa Crespo, Smart Plaza Patio Parque Patricios, Mercado de Belgrano, y de San Nicolás, entre otros.

En el sitio https://turismo.buenosaires.gob.ar/escapadasba estará toda la oferta disponible, con un mapa interactivo con los distintos recorridos y beneficios especiales, descuentos del 10% al 20% y 2×1 en productos seleccionados. Además, este año el gobierno porteño sumó a BOTI, el WhatsApp de la Ciudad, que brinda atención trilingüe en línea y permite acceder a toda su oferta turística enviando la palabra «Turismo» al 11-5050-0147.

A su vez, el próximo fin de semana largo invita a recorrer los lugares tradicionales y barrios emergentes utilizando los circuitos del programa “Turismo en Barrios” que se encuentran disponibles en la web del organismo donde se sumaron 2 nuevas propuestas para visitar caminando La Boca y San Nicolás, y 1 opción para recorrer San Telmo y La Boca en bicicleta.

También se destaca la oferta cultural como museos, centros culturales y obras teatrales, destacando la Copa Anfi, el tercer encuentro de freestyle en el anfiteatro de Parque Centenario, la obra “Recuerdos a la hora de la siesta” en el Teatro San Martín, y la vuelta de “Caleidoscopio”, un taller de arte para niños, niñas y familias en el Museo Moderno.

El programa “Escapadas BA” fue lanzado este año y busca potenciar a la ciudad de Buenos Aires como destino de escapadas de turistas nacionales para los fines de semana largos, con una oferta turística especial para cada feriado realizada en conjunto entre el sector público y el privado.
