CASO AUDERUT: HOY COMENZÓ EL JUICIO CONTRA EL 3ER IMPUTADO
A partir de las 9:00, comenzó el juicio contra Gilcimar Vispo, el tercer imputado por el homicidio de Matías Auderut, ocurrido el 30 de diciembre de 2018. Por este hecho, en octubre de 2021, fueron condenados a 15 años de prisión Federico Zamudio y Fabián Pino.
El debate oral se llevará a cabo en la Sala de Juicios Orales Nº 2 y estará a cargo de la Cámara Penal Nº 2 residual, integrada por Hugo Saá Petrino, Fernando Julio de Viana y Adriana Lucero Alfonso. Como Fiscal de Cámara actuará Fernando Rodríguez, como Defensor Oficial, Esteban Sala y como representantes del Particular Damnificado, Adriana Algarbe y Viviana Martínez.
Gilcimar Vispo había sido imputado en primera instancia, pero se le dictó la falta de mérito. Luego fue nuevamente procesado, pero se encontraba prófugo y con un pedido de captura internacional. El acusado enfrenta un pedido de 20 años de prisión por el delito de homicidio simple, condena solicitada por el Fiscal de Instrucción, Esteban Roche.
En la requisitoria fiscal, Roche expresó que Zamudio, Pino y Vispo fueron “coautores (pluralidad o colectivo de autores), por haber tenido cada uno de ellos un codominio funcional del suceso investigado, existiendo en particular un fin en común, provocar la muerte de la víctima”.
La relación de causa prevé 65 testigos y dos jornadas de debate.
El homicidio de Matías Auderut
Sucedió el 30 de diciembre de 2018, entre las 4 y 5 de la madrugada, en la intersección de Mitre y Avenida Illia de la Ciudad de San Luis, a la salida del bar Say No More. Auderut, de 31 años, recibió una golpiza y uno de los elementos que utilizaron los atacantes fue una llanta de bicicleta. Los testigos de la agresión también dijeron que le aplicaron descargas eléctricas por medio de una picana.
El joven permaneció internado en grave estado durante cinco días y luego falleció. La autopsia determinó que la causa eficiente de muerte fue traumatismo cráneo encefálico.

Things i have observed in terms of computer memory is always that there are specific features such as SDRAM, DDR or anything else, that must fit in with the specific features of the mother board.
