El presidente de la Nación brindó fuertes declaraciones, y además, defendió a la vicepresidente Cristina Fernández de Kirchner: «En esta causa Cristina no tiene nada que ver, no tengo ninguna duda».

Este miércoles por la noche, Alberto Fernández fue entrevistado por los periodistas Bonelli y Alfano en el programa A Dos Voces del canal TN. Luego de analizar la situación judicial de la vicepresidenta, Cristina Kirchner, habló sobre la cuestionada muerte del fiscal Alberto Nisman: “Nisman se suicidó, espero que Luciani no haga algo así”, expresó el presidente.

En relación al juicio contra Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, el primer mandatario arremetió contra el fiscal y dijo que la imputación es «insostenible jurídicamente» y advirtió que la acusación «partía de una premisa insólita que decía que ella, como Presidenta, no pudo no saber lo que pasaba».

Para Fernández, «este juicio es un disparate jurídico respecto de Cristina» y señaló que el fiscal Diego Luciani «dijo un sinfín de disparates jurídicos».

En esa línea, explicó que un jefe de Estado está «muy alejado de una licitación pública» del tipo de las que se investigan en el juicio, y cuestionó que el pedido de pena de los fiscales Luciani y Sergio Mola considere que la exmandataria «tuvo responsabilidad de haber mandado un presupuesto donde estaban las obras que iban a Santa Cruz».

«¿Entonces todos los diputados y senadores son parte de una asociación ilícita?», razonó entonces el Presidente a modo de crítica, y en ese sentido añadió: «No se puede trabajar el Derecho Penal como se está trabajando en la Justicia federal argentina».

En cuanto a la posibilidad de conceder un indulto a la titular del Senado, contestó que el senador Oscar Parrilli emitió un posteo reciente en Twitter en el que remarcaba «para CFK ni indulto ni amnistía: justicia» y subrayó que ese mensaje «fue retuiteado por Cristina», con lo cual «la que no quiere pensar en un indulto es Cristina», amplió.
