Delegación Pami Villa Mercedes – Créditos: Radio La Bomba

El director de la Clínica Aconcagua, Rodolfo Negri, principal prestador de segundo y tercer nivel ( estudios de diagnóstico e internación), de la ciudad de Villa Mercedes, denunció a los encargados de Pami de la Provincia de San Luis, por ineficiencia en los procesos administrativos, que limitan o demoran las autorizaciones de diversas prestaciones de salud, con la posterior consecuencia del abandono de los tratamientos de los adultos mayores.

En una entrevista que mantuvo Rodolfo Negri en Radio La Bomba, destacó las siguientes frases :

“Lamentablemente acá en la agencia de Villa Mercedes les aprueban las cosas pero llega a San Luis y les rebotan las prestaciones, los hacen ir cuarenta veces, hay jubilados que cobran la mínima y han gastado un montón en remises”.

“Muchos jubilados dejan de seguir sus tratamientos justamente por la burocracia que les genera esta gente. Le arruinan la vida a los jubilados y les interrumpen los tratamientos que tienen que seguir. Es literalmente un abandono de persona”.

Como si los reclamos del director de la Clínica Aconcagua fueran poco, se suma el cierre de la sede del pami de Tilisarao, por falta de pago del alquiler. El dueño del local, luego de numerosos reclamos y solicitudes de pago a las autoridades de pami, decidió clausurar las oficinas, colocando una cadena impidiendo el ingreso.

Se suma a estos reclamos el del prestador en kinesiología Santiago Farenga, quien hace tres años solicita el cambio de los datos de contacto telefónico para que los afiliados puedan sacar los turnos, sin tener que movilizarse al consultorio. A pesar de los numerosos reclamos en la delegación y a los correos enviados a los directivos (sin respuesta), se siguen entregando los datos erróneos a los beneficiarios, lo cual deja entrever los grandes inconvenientes en la gestión de procesos básicos, que afectan a los afiliados y restringen de manera indirecta el acceso a la salud de una población vulnerable como lo son los adultos mayores.
