DENUNCIARON PENALMENTE AL INTENDENTE DE MERLO POR INCUMPLIR UN DECRETO PRESIDENCIAL
Juan Álvarez Pinto decidió continuar con las funciones con total normalidad en todas las áreas del municipio a pesar del DNU que declaraba «Feriado Nacional» para este viernes. Consideraron este acto como «antidemocrático» y una acción que «fomenta la grieta y el odio».
Vecinos y vecinas manifestaron su disconformidad por la decisión del intendente Juan Álvarez Pinto de no adherir al feriado nacional declarado por el presidente Alberto Fernández y en las últimas horas lo denunciaron penalmente por incumplir el decreto presidencial.
La acción se había adelantado este mediodía, en la primera concentración popular que se realizó en la plaza Sobremonte para manifestar el repudio al intento de magnicidio contra Cristina Fernanández de Kirchner. Ya, para la segunda convocatoria que tuvo lugar esta tarde, la abogada Antolina Ramallo Chaboux anunció que se formalizó la presentación.
«Lo importante es defender la democracia y esto que está haciendo el intendente, es un incumplimiento y una incitación al odio. El Dr. ALvarez Pinto adoptó una decisión a una medida que busca la paz», dijo Ramallo.
La abogada afirmó a ECN que «no hay ánimos de entrar en un debate de odio, sino que la Justicia se encargue de resolver».
La denuncia penal presentada este viernes:
«Siendo las 00:00 el Presidente de la Nación Argentina, Dr. Alberto Fernandez, declaró Feriado Nacional, en función de que le Pueblo Argentino en paz y armonía, pueda expresarse en defensa a la vida de la democracia y en solidaridad con la Vicepresidenta de la Nación, por el intento de homicidio padecido en el día de ayer.
El Intendente Juan Álvarez Pinto, decidió incumplir con el Decreto Presidencial, y siendo la Municipalidad de la Villa de Merlo un ente publico, decidió continuar con las funciones como si tal hecho y DNU no existiera, fomentando la grieta y el odio, en un acto antidemocrático, teniendo en cuenta el momento histórico y la sensibilidad social que estamos viviendo, un grupo de vecinos repudiamos este hecho y solicitamos la intervención judicial, sin ánimos partidarios si no democráticos, en un contexto donde todos los políticos del país, de todos los partidos políticos expresan su rechazo al hecho sucedido, el Intendente en cuestión se manifiesta haciendo caso omiso al DNU.
El incumplimiento al decreto esta penado en el ART 239 CPA: Será reprimido con prisión de quince días a un año, el que resistiere o desobedeciere a un funcionario público en el ejercicio legítimo de sus funciones o a la persona que le prestare asistencia a requerimiento de aquél o en virtud de una obligación legal».
