Con el objetivo de incentivar el turismo en los meses de primavera, la tercera edición del exitoso programa del ministerio que conduce Matías Lammens regirá entre el 10 de octubre y el 5 de diciembre próximos.

La tercera edición del Plan Previaje, el programa del Ministerio de Turismo y Deportes (Minturdep) que devuelve el 50% de los gastos turísticos en créditos para ser usados en nuevas compras en el sector, comenzará este martes con el objetivo de estimular la temporada baja, entre el 10 de octubre y el 5 de diciembre próximos, anunció este lunes esa cartera.

Las compras de productos y servicios turísticos se podrán efectuar entre el 6 y el 18 de este mes y los montos se deberán cargar en la tarjeta precargada que los compradores recibirán del Banco Nación o en la billetera virtual de esa entidad, entre el 6 y el 21 venideros.

El Minturdep indicó que quienes hayan participado de las ediciones anteriores de Previaje podrán utilizar la misma tarjeta y que la devolución para las personas afiliadas de Pami será del 70%.

Las compras que generan crédito son las de productos o servicios a ser utilizados dentro de la Argentina en 2022 y realizadas ante prestadores turísticos registrados en el programa, quienes podrán inscribirse hasta el 14 de este mes durante las 24 horas.

De igual modo que en ediciones anteriores, tras concretar la compra los interesados deberán registrarse con el usuario de MiArgentina Nivel 3 en www.previaje.gob.ar y cargar los comprobantes correspondientes en las mencionada tarjeta precargada y billetera virtual.

Con estos instrumentos se podrán realizar pagos hasta el 31 de diciembre de este año, en cualquier comercio del sector turístico, aunque el prestador esté inscripto en Previaje.

«Sin embargo, todos los prestadores inscriptos tienen la obligación de aceptar pagos con la tarjeta», aclaró Minturdep en un comunicado.

Un «requisito obligatorio» de los prestadores para participar de Previaje es «respetar las tarifas máximas acordadas durante la vigencia de Previaje», lo que será fiscalizado por la Secretaría de Comercio, que en caso de comprobar su incumplimiento sancionará al infractor con la «exclusión de la edición actual y ediciones futuras de Previaje».

Para el acuerdo de precios con el sector hotelero se tomó como referencia la última tarifa disponible de temporada baja de los principales destinos de cada provincia, que es la correspondiente a junio o julio de este año, según las características del lugar.

«El cuadro de tarifas máximas se construyó de acuerdo con un relevamiento diario de tarifas en cerca de 200 mil precios», señala el informe de Turismo y Deportes.

Los productos y servicios turísticos en las que se puede operar con Previaje son gastronomía, alojamiento, agencias de viajes. transporte, entretenimiento y ocio, cines y espectáculos, centros turísticos, productos regionales, alquiler de automóviles y equipamiento, atractivos turísticos y excursiones, entre otros.

En cuanto a los montos de reintegro, la cartera turística puntualizó que el acceso al beneficio se habilitará una vez alcanzado el mínimo acumulado de 10.000 pesos, compuesto por uno o más comprobantes, cuyo importe mínimo es de 1.000 pesos cada uno.

Los créditos que se pueden generar en el marco del programa tienen un mínimo de 5.000 y un máximo de 70.000 pesos por persona mayor de 18 años, para compras en los rubros alojamiento, agencias de viajes y transporte, mientras en los rubros restantes los créditos tendrán un máximo de 5.000 pesos.

Todos estos límites son por persona, lo que permitirá a un grupo familiar sumar créditos generados por todos sus miembros mayores de 18 años, con comprobantes a su nombre.

El ministro de Turismo y Deportes, Matías Lammens, manifestó al respecto que «Previaje fue el gran impulso para iniciar la recuperación del sector a nivel interno luego de su mayor crisis global».

«Gracias a este ingenioso programa, que tuvo un bajo costo fiscal nuestros destinos consolidados y emergentes disfrutaron una temporada histórica y extendida», añadió la cartera en el comunicado.

Lammens explicó que «en este escenario pospandemia, lanzamos una versión más focalizada, con el objetivo de incentivar las escapadas durante los meses con menor movimiento».

También reiteró que «el turismo es el sector que lidera el crecimiento de la actividad económica y la generación de empleo a nivel federal. Con este nuevo apoyo del Estado Nacional, queremos que la actividad se mantenga durante todo el año, con la convicción de que más turismo es más trabajo argentino».
