TRAS LA DECISIÓN DEL HCD, EL GOBIERNO DE SAN LUIS «REPROGRAMÓ» LA COMPETENCIA MOTONÁUTICA EN POTRERO DE LOS FUNES
El Gobierno de San Luis anunció que la 3° fecha del campeonato de F1 Powerboat no se realizará en el dique de la localidad turística el próximo fin de semana. La decisión fue posterior a la sanción de la ordenanza del Concejo Deliberante de esa localidad que por iniciativa de la oposición presentó un proyecto para prohibir la competencia.
“Es una lástima que detrás de este evento que genera un movimiento turístico para la localidad de Potrero de los Funes existan excusas políticas confabuladas que buscan confundir a la población. Cabañeros y hoteleros tuvieron que suspender reservas y lamentablemente la decisión afecta a los comercios que estaban preparados para un nuevo fin de semana con gran movimiento en el sector”, manifestó el gerente general de San Luis Agua, Nazareno Perroni tras anunciar la decisión.
“Estas razones son más que suficientes para reprogramar la fecha y el lugar del evento. Es importante destacar que San Luis Agua es la autoridad de aplicación de todos los espejos de agua de la provincia y tanto las embarcaciones, como los motores, cuentan con la certificación ambiental pertinente, donde en un trabajo en conjunto entre la Secretaría de Ambiente y el Municipio de Potrero de los Funes celebraríamos una fiesta y la economía y el turismo se verían potenciados durante la temporada baja. Bajo ningún aspecto el Gobierno tiene alguna intención de generar polémica con la carrera”, agregó.
Y cerró: “Agradecemos públicamente a la Categoría F1 Powerboat por la comprensión y el apoyo durante la organización del evento. Ellos, como nosotros, comprenden la importancia de contar con un evento náutico de esta magnitud, teniendo en cuenta el impacto turístico y económico que el mismo genera”.
