Es que desde el 2013 la Junta Electoral está obliga a verificar anualmente el número de afiliados de los partidos, que no podrá ser inferior al requerido para obtener reconocimiento definitivo, para que las distintas fuerzas puedan conservar la personería jurídica.
Un total del 21 partidos políticos y agrupaciones municipales podrían ser dados de baja, si en el plazo de 45 días no presentan ante la Junta Electoral bonaerense el número de afiliaciones requerido para poder funcionar y ser reconocidos, según indicaron fuentes judiciales.
Es que desde el año 2013 la Junta Electoral está obligada a verificar anualmente el número de afiliados de los partidos, que no podrá ser inferior al requerido para obtener reconocimiento definitivo, para que las distintas fuerzas puedan conservar la personería jurídica.
El incumplimiento de esta previsión derivará en la declaración de caducidad del partido o agrupación.
El organismo dispuso mediante la Resolución Técnica N°75 un plazo de 45 días corridos que se contabilizan a partir del 9 de septiembre. En la actualidad se encuentran reconocidos 53 partidos políticos y 129 agrupaciones municipales de los cuales aún no regularizaron su situación 21 partidos y 19 agrupaciones.
