COMENZARÁN A IMPLEMENTAR EL USO DE DISPOSITIVOS ELECTRÓNICOS DUALES CONTRA LA VIOLENCIA DOMÉSTICA
El director del Sistema Inteligente de Seguridad Provincial (SISPRO), Ariel Hauría, describió cómo funciona el sistema: “A la víctima se le entrega un transmisor y al agresor se le coloca una tobillera de seguimiento satelital y un dispositivo rastreador. De esta forma podemos saber en tiempo real dónde está la víctima y dónde el agresor, y actuar en base a las alertas que se puedan generar como la violación a una orden de restricción”.
El primer paso para la implementación del sistema fue la firma de un acuerdo que Anastasi y Mazzina rubricaron con el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la Nación, mediante el cual la Provincia recibió 150 dispositivos. Posteriormente, se dictaron capacitaciones y se elaboró el correspondiente protocolo de actuación. Anastasi destacó el trabajo conjunto que se realizó entre el Ministerio de Seguridad, la Secretaría de la Mujer, el Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnología y Justicia provincial para poder poner en marcha el nuevo sistema.
“Esto es tecnología aplicada a la seguridad. Los dispositivos nos van a brindar un mejor servicio de seguridad al momento de proteger a las víctimas que pueden estar en peligro ya que nos dan una operatividad y tiempo suficiente para reaccionar, haciendo un seguimiento a las partes involucradas”, explicó Anastasi.
Por su parte, la secretaria de la Mujer, Diversidad e Igualdad destacó que estas herramientas tecnológicas cambian el paradigma con el que se venía trabajando: “A la mujer víctima de violencia le permite vivir sin miedo, le devuelve la integridad y dignidad, ya que el foco se pone en el agresor, al que se lo puede controlar por georreferenciación durante las 24 horas”, explicó.
