EL BANCO NACIÓN ASEGURA QUE NO COBRA NINGÚN INTERÉS POR EL TRASPASO DE SALDOS DE TARJETAS DE CRÉDITO VISA

Tras las críticas y reclamos que se hicieron públicos los últimos días, el banco Nación emitió un comunicado de prensa, en el que realizó algunas aclaraciones sobre los polémicos traspasos de saldos de tarjetas de crédito Visa de los empleados públicos que antes trabajaban con el Supervielle.

En particular, el comunicado del banco Nación se refiere a las cuotas pendientes que fueron refinanciadas dentro de lo que se conoce como un “Plan V”. El banco asegura que este proceso se realizó “a TASA CERO, es decir sin costo de financiación alguno para el titular de la tarjeta”. Esta es explicación completa que dio el banco:

• Aquellas cuotas que estaban pendientes en la tarjeta del Banco Supervielle, fueron sumadas y consolidadas en un único importe, y luego divididas en cuotas en el resumen de la tarjeta del Banco Nación. Este cambio, está detallado en el resumen de la tarjeta como VISA PLAN V.

• Este importe fue dividido en la cantidad máxima de cuotas que cada persona tenía pactado en su resumen, beneficiándose de ampliar la cantidad de cuotas, de los plazos más cortos. (Ejemplo, la persona tenía consumos en 3, 6, 12 o 24 cuotas, la refinanciación de todas las cuotas se realizó en 24 cuotas.

• Esta financiación por la consolidación de las cuotas de las tarjetas del Banco Supervielle y su prorrateo a un mayor plazo, se realiza a TASA CERO, es decir sin costo de financiación alguno para el titular de la tarjeta.

• Solo en este mes, se verán reflejadas las cuotas que vencían en el mes en curso, más la primera cuota del PLAN V, no habiendo duplicación de saldos, por cuanto la consolidación no contempló esta cuota.

• A futuro el detalle de cada una de las cuotas desaparece y queda consolidado en un solo PLAN V.

El comunicado del banco también informó que, en vez de habilitar una vía ágil para que la gente pueda evacuar sus dudas, como una línea telefónica; se creó una casilla de correo (sanluismigraciontc@bna.com.ar) “a donde los titulares podrán evacuar las dudas”, además de poder hacerlo en las distintas sucursales del banco.

El Nación también asegura que “este cambio no afectó en absoluto a los débitos automáticos por impuestos y servicios que estaban asociados a la tarjeta del Banco Supervielle, por lo que en el resumen de la tarjeta del Banco Nación, los mismos estarán reflejados de manera detallada, sin necesidad de realizar ningún tipo de gestión por parte de los titulares”.

Los casos sin respuestas

Como bien informó este medio, se han dado todo tipo de situaciones en este traspaso de un banco a otro. Uno de los casos más comunes es el de gente que no tuvo la opción de pagar el resumen de las tarjetas de crédito correspondiente al mes de julio o agosto, según la fecha de cierre de cada cuenta, a través del banco Supervielle. Básicamente, el sistema del Nación se salteó un mes y después cobró los dos meses juntos. El malestar se generó porque el Nación además decidió cobrar intereses, como si hubiese sido culpa de los empleados públicos el haberse atrasado un mes. En general, estos intereses rondan los $7.000 mensuales.

También hay casos de personas a quienes no les traspasaron su deuda de cuotas de tarjeta de crédito, lo que significa que siguen abiertas sus cuentas en el banco Supervielle. Sin embargo, estas ya no son cuentas sueldo, por lo que la entidad bancaria podría cobrarles su mantenimiento.

Sobre estos casos, el banco Nación no realizó ningún tipo de aclaración.
