Este miércoles, por unanimidad, la Cámara de Diputados dio sanción definitiva al proyecto de adhesión a la Ley Nacional de Fortalecimiento del Sistema Nacional de Bomberos Voluntarios.

La diputada oficialista Claudia Pinelli fue la miembro informante encargada de exponer los beneficios que este proyecto traerá a los bomberos voluntarios de la Provincia.

Pinelli explicó que esta adhesión implica que las entidades integrantes del Sistema Nacional de Bomberos Voluntarios podrán acceder a un cuadro tarifario gratuito de provisión de energía eléctrica, gas natural provisto por red, agua potable y colección de desagües cloacales, telefonía fija, telefonía móvil en todas sus modalidades y servicios de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones, que se encuentren bajo jurisdicción nacional.

Destacó además el derecho a una indemnización y prestación por incapacidad laboral temporaria para aquellos bomberos que sufran algún tipo de accidente durante la prestación del servicio; o para sus familiares en caso de muerte.

Otro beneficio para los cuarteles será el reintegro del impuesto al IVA para “las compras de vehículos operativos y carrozados, equipamiento operativo, de comunicación, repuestos de vehículos operativos, materiales de construcción, mobiliario, combustible y lubricantes, equipamiento electrónico e informático y todo otro bien mueble de fabricación nacional, las locaciones y prestaciones de servicios y los trabajos realizados a través de terceros sobre los bienes inmuebles que sean propiedad de las entidades beneficiarias”.

Durante su informe, Claudia Pinelli la legisladora oficialista remarcó también que gracias a las gestiones del Gobierno provincial, se instalará un centro logístico de lucha contra el fuego en la base del aeropuerto del Valle del Conlara, y que ya decenas de puntanos han sido contratados por el Servicio Nacional de Lucha contra el Fuego. Y recordó que la provincia construirá un cuartel de mayor tamaño que el ya existente dentro del predio del aeropuerto, con una inversión de 211 millones, el cual luego será cedido en comodato a la Nación. “Nación toma esta decisión porque tenemos una larga trayectoria en la lucha contra el fuego, una enorme infraestructura, tendidos de fibra óptica y la Universidad Nacional de Comechingones, la única en el país con la carrera de brigadista”, dijo la diputada.
