SE SANCIONÓ LA LEY DE PRESUPUESTO 2023
Con esta media sanción en la Cámara de Senadores ya tenemos proyecto de ley para el 2023 con lo cual es muy importante porque le brinda a la provincia previsibilidad y estabilidad para planificar en el tiempo”, explicó el ministro de Hacienda, Eloy Horcajo.
“Es un presupuesto muy importante porque implica un incremento en referencia al presupuesto actual que permite la continuidad de las políticas de Estado que caracterizan a este gobierno”, destacó el ministro.
El presupuesto provincial prevé un monto de $256.985.036.756 para el funcionamiento del Gobierno, y establece un monto total 111% superior al aprobado para el año en curso, de los cuales $55 millones se destinarán a obras de infraestructura orientadas al desarrollo, inclusión y generación de empleo. Es un presupuesto equilibrado, con recursos propios que cubren todas las erogaciones y sin contemplar endeudamientos de ningún tipo.
El 49% del presupuesto se destinará a gastos de capital, entre los que se destacan las obras de infraestructura, cuyo monto asciende a $55 mil millones, más del 160% de lo previsto para 2022.
En cuanto a la finalidad y distribución de las distintas erogaciones del presupuesto un 60% corresponde a Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología, Salud y Seguridad.
Entre las inversiones se destinan más de $10 mil millones para obras viales; obras hídricas para aumentar el suministro de agua para consumo humano, y obras de infraestructura escolar y para el sistema sanitario.
Dentro del rubro desarrollo productivo, se contempla la continuidad de las líneas de financiamiento lanzadas con el Banco Nación para capital de trabajo e inversión productiva para PyMES, donde la provincia acompaña con un subsidio en la tasa de interés y de plazo de gracia.
