HABILITARON LAS INSCRIPCIONES ONLINE PARA EL PROGRAMA EMPEZAR
La Secretaría de las Juventudes anunció la nueva metodología para anotarse en el Programa Empezar, una iniciativa dirigida a jóvenes de entre 16 y 24 años. Las inscripciones se realizan a través de la página www.juventudes.sanluis.gov.ar/empezar. Este programa tiene dos modalidades (Entrenamiento y Aprendiz) y, cabe destacar, no hay fecha límite para postularse.
Este miércoles, el secretario de las Juventudes, Emiliano Blanco, presentó la modalidad para que los interesados puedan incorporarse a este programa que tiene por fin capacitar y entrenar a los jóvenes de toda la provincia en el sector privado, para que desarrollen conocimientos y habilidades que promuevan la transición al empleo formal.
“Empezar es ley en San Luis y responde a la necesidad de empleabilidad de las juventudes. Esta nueva metodología de inscripción va a permitir a chicos y chicas de la provincia hacerlo de manera cómoda, ágil y con iguales oportunidades para quienes viven en el interior y en la ciudad”, dijo Blanco.
Los jóvenes se forman durante seis meses bajo alguna de dos modalidades. La primera de ella es la de Aprendiz, para la cual el joven debe tener formación secundaria técnica, formación terciaria o universitaria. En este último caso, debe contar con un avance del 50 % de la carrera, la cual debe ser afín al rubro del comercio, empresa o emprendimiento. Además, al momento de firmar el convenio tiene que presentar toda la documentación requerida. El monto que se paga es de $18.000 mensuales.
Por su parte, para la modalidad Entrenamiento no es necesario tener conocimiento previo particular ni cursar estudios que guarden relación con la actividad o servicio que brinda la firma. Las y los inscriptos que se encuentren escolarizados deben adjuntar un certificado de alumno regular del establecimiento al que asisten. El monto que se abona es de $15.000 mensuales.
En ambos casos, los requisitos para inscribirse son no registrar empleo en los últimos tres meses; no recibir ninguna ayuda económica, ya sea provincial, municipal o nacional, a excepción de las personas con discapacidad; no haber sido beneficiario en ediciones anteriores del Programa Empezar y no ser cónyuge ni pariente hasta segundo grado.
Un dato importante a tener en cuenta es que la o el beneficiario se inscribirá junto al capacitador que previamente haya aceptado tomarlo en su empresa o comercio. Hay una serie de pasos que el joven debe cumplir para poder anotarse, como la presentación de cierta documentación, que está especificada en la página. Allí, las y los interesados también encontrarán el formulario, la autorización y certificaciones que deben completar, al igual que la normativa vigente.
Las personas que estén interesadas en ser capacitadores deben tener la documentación requerida al momento de anotarse, como certificación actualizada de IIBB, certificación actualizada de AFIP y la habilitación municipal. En el caso de que el comercio o negocio tenga personal en blanco, deberá presentar un formulario 931.
Las y los menores de edad también pueden anotarse. Deben descargar la autorización del tutor que se encuentra en la página de la Secretaría de las Juventudes, bajo la pestaña Programa Empezar. Quienes ya se anotaron anteriormente y quieran ser parte del programa tienen que completar esta nueva instancia de inscripción online de forma obligatoria.
