El dato fue confirmado por el Colegio de Martilleros y Corredores Públicos de San Luis. Advirtieron que ante la inflación los dueños están sacando las propiedades del mercado inmobiliario: “Cada vez hay más demanda, pero no hay oferta”.

El panorama de los precios sigue teniendo entre las cuerdas a los sanluiseños. En un contexto que pronostica una inflación del 100% cuando llegue fin de año, los inquilinos tendrán que renovar sus contratos de noviembre con un porcentaje que sigue rompiendo récords.

La presidenta del Colegio de Martilleros y Corredores Públicos de San Luis, María Elena Lucero aseguró que “desde que comenzó a aplicarse el coeficiente nunca se mantuvo constante, sino que fue aumentado mes a mes”.

En diálogo con El Chorrillero confirmó que para noviembre la suba llegará al 73,13%.

Desde que comenzó el año esta es la cifra más alta. El incremento (que surge del índice del BCRA que combina en partes iguales la variación del IPC y del índice de salarios RIPTE) lo deberán afrontar quienes firmaron sus contratos en noviembre de 2020 y 2021.

Para pasar en limpio, esto significa que el alquiler de un departamento con un dormitorio en la zona centro, pasará de $45 mil a $77.908 mensuales.

“El flagelo que tenemos hoy en el mercado inmobiliario no solamente en San Luis, sino a nivel nacional es justamente porque muchos propietarios han decidido sacar del mercado sus propiedades y ponerlas en venta o realizar otro tipo de inversión”, contextualizó.

Tuvo en cuenta que en su mayoría han optado por alquilar por día y no anualmente.

Consideró que “la gente se va ajustando como puede hacerlo”, y que “cada vez hay más demanda de alquileres, pero no hay oferta”.
