La Justicia tomó intervención en la tarde de este lunes cuando la víctima ingresó al Hospital “Ramón Carrillo”. El agresor la atacó en una zona descampada del Barrio 131 Viviendas, y sería un compañero de escuela de su misma edad.

Una joven de 18 años fue atacada sexualmente en un descampado del Barrio 131 Viviendas, cercano al Anexo III del Eva Perón. Pudo escapar y le avisó a la Policía quién fue el atacante.

La fiscal Virginia Palacios tomó intervención después que la chica ingresara al Hospital “Ramón Carrillo”, cerca de las 17. En el contacto que tuvo la funcionaria judicial la chica contó que había acordado una cita con un compañero después de la escuela, en un sector baldío ubicado entre las calles Balde y Los Puquios, según publicó El Diario de La República.

En ese lugar fue violada anal y vaginalmente, y atacada con un destornillador, de acuerdo a la revisión de la médica forense Marcela Gómez. Sufrió más de 40 cortes en diferentes partes del cuerpo, como cabeza, tórax, espalda y miembros. Aunque la mayoría serían “superficiales”, 3 o 4 tuvieron mayor profundidad pero no comprometieron órganos vitales.

Hubo vecinos que escucharon los gritos y salieron a socorrerla. Esta noche ya habían dado sus testimonios a la Justicia.

Palacios confirmó pasadas las 23 al portal El Chorrillero que estaba por concretarse un allanamiento en la propiedad del acusado. Además ya se había ordenado su detención.
