La coordinadora de la Unidad de Gestión Fiscal en turno, Virginia Palacios Gonella, acusó a Facundo Britez, el joven de 18 años acusado de abusar y de apuñalar a una compañera del colegio, por los delitos de abuso sexual con acceso carnal agravado por el daño causado a la salud en concurso real con tentativa de femicidio. En ese orden, el fiscal en turno Esteban Roche solicitó que se dicte la prisión preventiva a Britez hasta la finalización del juicio.

Para fundamentar el pedido de dicha medida coercitiva, Roche dijo que existen múltiples aristas para el riesgo procesal de la causa y mencionó: la existencia de elementos de convicción suficientes en cuanto a la autoría por parte del imputado y su participación en el hecho; el peligro de fuga a partir de las características del hecho investigado, el entorpecimiento de la causa debido, de acuerdo a lo expresado por Roche, al comportamiento de Britez y en este sentido mencionó que al momento de ser detenido, el presunto agresor intentó quemar vestimenta que tenía al momento de cometer los supuestos hechos

Por su parte, el juez de Garantías N° 2 de la Primera Circunscripción, Ariel Parrillis, concedió los ocho días de prórroga solicitados por la defensa Britez. La decisión del magistrado se emitió en el marco de la audiencia de formulación de cargos que se realizó este jueves al mediodía en la Sala de Oralidad N° 1 de la ciudad de San Luis. Britez continuará detenido.

Guillermo Sánchez Pagano, abogado del imputado, además planteó nulidades respecto a dos secuestros que realizó la Fiscalía. Frente a este pedido, Parrillis informó que difería la resolución de los planteamientos para el momento de resolver en definitiva la causa.

También participó de la audiencia Carla Salomón, abogada de la víctima y representante de la Secretaría de la Mujer, Diversidad e Igualdad, quien adhirió a todo lo solicitado por los integrantes del Ministerio Fiscal.

El presunto agresor se llama Facundo Nicolás Britez y está acusado de haber abusado y apuñalado 43 veces a su compañera de la escuela. El hecho ocurrió este lunes a las 16 horas, en un lote en construcción en el barrio 131 Viviendas de la ciudad de San Luis.
