DETUVIERON EN JUANA KOSLAY A UN PROFESOR DE EQUITACIÓN QUE TENÍA ORDEN DE CAPTURA

Se lo investiga por el delito de abuso sexual. La aprehensión fue este jueves 27 en horas de la mañana. Sucedió en la calle Campamento de Las Chacras y avenida Pueyrredón, de Juana Koslay.

Dicha detención -realizada por efectivos de la Unidad Regional de Orden Público Uno- se dispuso luego de los resultados que arrojó el peritaje efectuado a los teléfonos personales del imputado, secuestrados en el allanamiento realizado en la vivienda del acusado el día 25 de octubre pasado. La pericia fue practicada por el Departamento de Delitos Complejos del Poder Judicial.

La investigación se encuentra a cargo de la Fiscal de Juicio Virginia Palacios, quien se desempeña como Coordinadora de la Unidad de Gestión Fiscal del Ministerio Público.

“Sobre el hombre, de 54 años, pesaba una orden de detención emanada por la Unidad de Gestión Fiscal por el delito de abuso sexual”, detallaron los actuantes.

Se supo que el día martes, los oficiales allanaron la vivienda del hombre y secuestraron telefonía celular, prendas de vestir y otros elementos.
