ADJUDICAN OBRAS PARA EL TURISMO EN MERLO Y EL VALLE DEL CONLARA

En el marco de la 160° Asamblea del Consejo Federal de Turismo, que se realiza este jueves en Potrero de los Funes, quedaron adjudicadas dos obras para el sector en Merlo y el Valle del Conlara.

El gobernador, Alberto Rodríguez Saá, junto al ministro de Turismo y Deportes de la Nación, Matías Lammens y el secretario de Turismo provincial, Luis Macagno, dieron inicio a la asamblea que reúne a las autoridades del sector de todo el país.

Bajo el lema “El turismo como eje del desarrollo sostenible” comenzó la 160° Asamblea del CFT en la Caja de Los Trebejos en Potrero de Los Funes. Tras una visita a las obras en el Paseo del Lago, los referentes nacionales y provinciales del turismo participaron del acto de apertura del encuentro.

El acto de apertura de la Asamblea del CFT tuvo lugar en la Caja de Los Trebejos en Potrero de Los Funes.

En la ocasión, se firmó un Acta de Intención entre el Ministerio de Turismo y Deportes de la Nación y el Gobierno de San Luis, para el desarrollo y financiación de proyectos vinculados al programa “Ruta Natural” (Sujeto a tiempos administrativos del Gobierno de la provincia).

Además, se firmó el decreto de adjudicación a favor de la empresa LUMMA S.A del Centro de Convenciones de la Villa de Merlo, cuyo edificio principal contará con un gran hall de recepción, distribución y exposiciones, tres salas de convenciones con capacidad total para unas cuatrocientas personas, dos núcleos sanitarios, un área administrativa y salas de reuniones, sector de cocina equipada para eventos que impliquen gastronomía, bar interior y exterior, dos áreas de esparcimiento exteriores, y un sector de servicios.

Por otra parte, Se firmó el decreto de adjudicación a favor de la empresa DEL CERRO S.R.L. del Parque Recreativo Valle del Conlara – Concarán. La obra contempla el rescate y re funcionalización del predio y las instalaciones de la antigua planta potabilizadora de agua de la localidad. Construcción de nuevo núcleo sanitario y reciclado de construcciones existentes para que funcionen como proveeduría, oficina administrativa, sala de primeros auxilios y estación de filtrado. Tratamiento de los espacios exteriores y la construcción de un portal de ingreso.
