CASA PROPIA: LLAMAN A LICITACIÓN PARA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE MÁS DE 310 VIVIENDAS EN 14 LOCALIDADES

El Gobierno provincial llamó a licitación para construir 313 viviendas en la provincia, en el marco del programa Casa Propia.

En lo que va de noviembre, se realizó el llamado a licitación para la construcción de 130 casas en Justo Daract, 50 en San Martín, 6 en Las Aguadas, 10 en Juan Llerena, 32 en Fraga, 6 en San Jerónimo, 10 en Villa de la Quebrada, 5 en Alto Pencoso, 4 en Beazley, 7 en Los Manantiales, 28 en Quines, 10 en Luján, 5 en Talita y 10 en Batavia.

Estas viviendas se sumarán a las ya licitadas en diferentes puntos de la provincia, entre ellas 600 más en la ciudad de San Luis y otras 300 en Villa Mercedes.

Las casas pertenecen al Plan Casa Propia. Tienen una superficie cubierta de 64,22 m2 distribuida en una planta con 3 ambientes: cocina-comedor, 2 dormitorios, baño, lavadero exterior y espacio para guardado de auto. Cuentan, también, con previsión para posibilidad de futuras ampliaciones. Junto con su edificación, se realizará la obra de infraestructura de servicios básicos tales como cloacas, alumbrado público, cordones y forestación, entre otros.
