LA CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS SANCIONÓ LEY PARA FOMENTAR INVERSIONES Y EXPORTACIONES
La Cámara Baja aprobó por mayoría la Ley de Fomento de las Inversiones que consiste principalmente en una serie de incentivos fiscales para promover inversiones en los sectores industrial, agro industrial, logístico, minero y tecnológico. La oposición votó en contra y fundamentó sus razones durante un extenso debate.
En líneas generales, desde los bloques que no responden a Alberto Rodíguez Saá, cuestionaron distintos puntos del articulado que no se detallan con claridad y que quedarán a criterio del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial en la reglamentación de la normativa, y serían facultades de la Legislatura; entre otras, una suerte de zonificación provincial, no determinada en la Ley, que será indicativa de los beneficios que recibirán las empresas radicadas o interesadas en producir en la Provincia, de acuerdo a la localidad en la que se desarrollen las actividades productivas.
