Las personas que cuenten con el Certificado Único de Discapacidad (CUD), ex combatientes de Malvinas, jubilados y pensionados que posean un sólo inmueble y cobren el haber mínimo, o un monto cercano al mismo, se podrán inscribir al beneficio de exención de tasas municipales a partir del 2 de enero y hasta el 31 de marzo. El trámite deberá realizarse de forma presencial, con la documentación pertinente en las oficinas del CAV Centro en calle Chacabuco 641, de lunes a viernes de 8 a 14 horas.

Este año el número de inscripciones al beneficio rondó las 3.200 personas y al ser de carácter anual, el Municipio reabre las inscripciones para el acceso en el 2023. La exención contempla las tasas de alumbrado, barrido y limpieza a excepción del servicio de agua y cloaca que continúa cobrándose con normalidad. En el caso de las personas con discapacidad, el descuento será del 100% en todas las tasas municipales -incluídos los servicios de agua y cloacas-.

“Jubilados y pensionados que gocen del haber mínimo y tengan un sólo inmueble, deberán traer el formulario único de vivienda que se otorga en la ex casa de Gobierno, sobre calle Ayacucho, más el último recibo de haberes”, informó Carpio. También dijo que quienes tengan que renovar el beneficio, deben llevar nuevamente la documentación al CAV y solicitar la renovación.

Acerca de la exención de los ex combatientes y las personas con discapacidad dijo, “los veteranos de guerra tienen las mismas condiciones que jubilados y pensionados, y sólo se le suma la presentación del Certificado Único de Veteranos de Guerra de Malvinas. En el caso de las personas con discapacidad, deben presentar el Certificado Único de Discapacidad (CUD) y pueden no ser titulares del inmueble, pero sí deben acreditar que viven en el domicilio junto al tutor propietario”.

Para obtener los requisitos, el formulario o realizar consultas, las personas interesadas deberán acercarse al CAV Centro entre las 8 y las 18 horas ó comunicarse al email eximicionesrentas@sanluislaciudad.gob.ar
