JORGE FERNÁNDEZ SERÁ EL NUEVO PRESIDENTE DEL SUPERIOR TRIBUNAL DE JUSTICIA

El próximo 1 de febrero de 2023, el actual ministro del Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ), Dr. Jorge Omar Fernández, asumirá la presidencia del Alto Cuerpo Judicial por el periodo 1 de febrero de 2023 al 31 de enero de 2024.

El acto de juramento de Ley, previsto en los arts. 205 de la Constitución Provincial y 12 de la Ley N° IV-0086-2021, se llevará a cabo a las 09:00, en el Salón Blanco del Palacio de Justicia.

La designación del Dr. Fernández fue dispuesta por Acuerdo Nº 360/22. En caso de excusación, recusación, licencia, renuncia, destitución, suspensión, fallecimiento, ausencia temporal u otro impedimento, el presidente del STJ será reemplazado por los ministros Andrea Carolina Monte Riso, Jorge Alberto Levingston y Cecilia Chada, en tal orden.

CONSEJO DE LA MAGISTRATURA

Mediante Acuerdo 362/22 se dispuso que la Dra. Carolina Monte Riso integre el Consejo de la Magistratura de la provincia de San Luis en el carácter de suplente del presidente del Consejo, Dr. Jorge Levingston. En el caso de excusación, recusación, licencia, renuncia, destitución, suspensión, fallecimiento, ausencia temporal u otro impedimento.
