Uno de ellos por ser investigado por el delito de “lesiones agravadas por mediar violencia de género”, el otro por «extorsión».

El jefe de Policía de la provincia de San Luis, Comisario General José Darío Neira, a través de la Dirección General de Asuntos Internos, ha dispuesto iniciar actuaciones administrativas, la retención del armamento reglamentario y el cambio de situación de revista de servicio efectivo a disponibilidad a dos efectivos que revisten la jerarquía de Oficial Principal y que prestan servicio en la Unidad Regional de Orden Público Dos Villa Mercedes.

La medida fue adoptada a los efectos de investigar la conducta de los efectivos policiales por dos hechos distintos.

Uno de ellos fue detenido este domingo 18 del corriente, en la plaza General Juan Esteban Pedernera por el delito de “lesiones agravadas por mediar violencia de género”. Las actuaciones son labradas por personal de la Comisaría  Seccional Octava, e interviene la Fiscalía N° 1, a cargo del Dr. Francisco Assat, de la Segunda Circunscripción Judicial.

El restante, fue detenido este lunes 19 del corriente, tras cumplimentarse un allanamiento, por el delito de “extorsión”. Las actuaciones son labradas por personal de la Comisaría Seccional Décima, e interviene la Fiscalía de Instrucción Nº 4, a cargo del Dr. Leandro Estrada, de la Segunda Circunscripción Judicial.
