VILLA MECEDES: QUEDÓ EN LIBERTAD EL ACUSADO DE TIRAR UNA BOMBA MOLOTOV A UNA IGLESIA

Ayer se realizó una audiencia donde se resolvió que el único imputado seguirá el proceso en libertad, luego de ofrecer una fianza.

En una audiencia que se celebró ayer, el hombre acusado de arrojar una bomba molotov contra la Iglesia de la Merced de Villa Mercedes fue imputado por el delito de intimidación pública (Art. 211 del Código Penal Argentino), y recuperó su libertad tras ofrecer una fianza.

En diálogo con este medio, el Fiscal de Instrucción interviniente en la causa, Dr. Francisco Assat, explicó que la Dra. Mirta Ucelay de Garciarena – Juez de Garantías Nº 3 –hizo lugar  a la propuesta de la defensa, quien ofreció un vehículo como fianza, y ordenó la libertad del imputado, quien deberá cumplir una serie de normas de conducta: fijar domicilio en la ciudad de Villa Mercedes y firmar libro ante el Ministerio Público Fiscal del 1 al 10 de cada mes, por el término de cuatro meses.

Cabe recordar que el hecho investigado ocurrió aproximadamente a las 20 horas del domingo 11 de diciembre, cuando un hombre arrojó una bomba molotov a la Iglesia de la Merced, en la ciudad de Villa Mercedes. El dispositivo impactó en el costado de la puerta de ingreso, ocasionando daños materiales.
