Este miércoles, el intendente Sergio Tamayo puso en funciones a tres nuevos miembros de su Gabinete de gestión. El acto formal, desarrollado en el Centro Cultural José La Vía, incluyó la toma de juramento y la lectura de los decretos que los designan en sus nuevos puestos.

Desde hoy, Pedro Liborio Saá es subsecretario de Modernización, Joel Noemí Fernández es directora del Call Center, mientras que Paola Ponce Latino asumió como directora general de Asuntos Institucionales.

“Vamos a seguir avanzando en la digitalización de la gestión de la ciudad de San Luis. Tenemos la plataforma SIGEM, que permite hacer los trámites municipales de manera remota, de forma digital. La idea es seguir avanzando con esa política y el Call Center, el Centro de Atención al Vecino que funciona las 24 horas porque modernizar la ciudad es uno de los ejes centrales de la gestión”, dijo Liborio Saá.

Por su parte, la directora del Call Center estará al frente de un equipo de 33 personas, encargado de atender durante todo el día los reclamos y consultas de los vecinos y vecinas de la ciudad. “El call center tiene una atención de 24 horas por distintos canales: telefónico, WhatsApp y chat- y una atención presencial. La atención al vecino durante las 24 horas es una política del Estado municipal y vamos a seguir trabajando en eso. Tenemos la idea de ampliar el tipo de consultas que puede realizar el vecino”, adelantó Fernández.

Por último, Ponce Latino explicó que su función será la de ser nexo entre el Municipio y los vecinos, en los temas vinculados a la competencia del Gobierno de la ciudad, pero también en aquellos que no son propiamente municipales, mediando con otras instituciones para lograr soluciones y respuestas. “En la Municipalidad no hay vacaciones. Vamos a empezar a trabajar en este momento del año, para articular, generar reuniones y encuentros, convocar a los vecinos y vecinas de la ciudad, que se contacten con nosotros. Es muy importante la participación ciudadana”, concluyó.
