Horacio Rosatti está en el ojo de la tormenta oficialista tras el fallo del tribunal supremo en favor de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires por la coparticipación.

El presidente Alberto Fernández convocó a los gobernadores a una reunión para el martes a la mañana en la Casa Rosada para unir fuerzas y avanzar con el juicio político contra el titular de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Horacio Rosatti.

Ayer, el jefe de Estado lo había anticipado -en el escrito que compartió en sus redes sociales- que convocaría a los mandatarios que acompañaron «al Estado Nacional en su planteo contra la ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires” por el fallo que emitió el Tribunal Supremo en favor del Gobierno porteño.

En declaraciones periodísticas, el gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, y espada de la vicepresidenta Cristina Kirchner declaró: “Estamos citados para el martes, ahí conoceremos la presentación”. En la misma línea, apuntó contra la Corte y Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, que pelea -casi en soledad- contra la Casa Rosada: «Parece absolutamente decidida a pagarle la campaña al jefe de Gobierno».

El ex ministro de Economía de la titular del Senado fue el primero en llegar a la reunión en Balcarce 50 del 22 de diciembre pasado, a la que asistieron también Gildo Insfrán (Formosa), Raúl Jalil (Catamarca), Osvaldo Jaldo (Tucumán), Gustavo Bordet (Entre Ríos) y Ricardo Quintela (La Rioja). También estuvieron presentes en el intercambio Sergio Uñac (San Juan), Gerardo Zamora (Santiago del Estero), Mariano Arcioni (Chubut) y Sergio Ziliotto (La Pampa).

Mientras que, de forma virtual, hicieron su aporte Jorge Capitanich (Chaco), Oscar Herrera Ahuad (Misiones), Gustavo Melella (Tierra del Fuego) y Alicia Kirchner (Santa Cruz). Desde el Poder Ejecutivo, esperan que los mismos reafirmen el compromiso de ir contra la administración de la CABA y la Corte Suprema. Hoy la Mesa Nacional de Juntos por el Cambio rechazó la embestida de Fernández contra Rosatti.

La guerra entre la Nación y la Ciudad se disparó cuando el Tribunal Supremo dictó una medida cautelar a favor del reclamo de la Ciudad contra el Gobierno nacional por la detracción de más de un punto de coparticipación federal en 2020 para asignárselo a la provincia de Buenos Aires. De esta manera, y por unanimidad, le devolvió con carácter de provisoriedad el 2,95 por ciento de la masa de fondos coparticipables.

En principio, Alberto Fernández se negó a acatar la decisión de la Corte, lo que derivó en un mar de críticas por parte de la oposición. Si bien se respaldó en los gobernadores, al poco tiempo el mandatario cambió de opinión y comunicó que cumpliría con la cautelar, pero los pagos los ejecutaría con bonos públicos. Aunque la decisión del Presidente de la Nación fue rechazada por la Ciudad mediante un comunicado.
