“SIRENAZO” DE BOMBEROS VOLUNTARIOS EN REPUDIO A LAS DECLARACIONES DEL VICEMINISTRO DE AMBIENTE DE LA NACIÓN

Bomberos voluntarios de la Regional 3 se manifestaron días atrás en Merlo con un “sirenazo” para repudiar las declaraciones del viceministro de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable de la Nación, Sergio Federovisky, como parte de manifestaciones a nivel nacional impulsada por el Consejo Nacional de Bomberos Voluntarios.

El funcionario minimizó el trabajo de los bomberos voluntarios en declaraciones realizadas a un programa de la señal de noticias A24. “Los bomberos voluntarios son un capítulo aparte y pedimos a las provincias que empiecen a desactivar la idea de usarlos para este tipo de incendios, porque se combaten de otra manera, los incendios forestales no se apagan con agua sino desde el terreno con herramientas como cortafuegos o tratando de llevar el fuego a zona muerta. Los bomberos voluntarios sólo están preparados para apagar un incendio en un edificio, una casa, es otra lógica”, fueron parte de las polémicas declaraciones del viceministro.

Tras el repudio a nivel nacional de los bomberos voluntarios y las manifestaciones, el funcionario salió a pedir disculpas a través de Twitter. “Quiero expresar mis disculpas a los bomberos voluntarios ante declaraciones poco claras de mi parte. No pretendí ofender ni menoscabar su accionar, siempre abnegado” dice un posteo.

“Sólo quise destacar que su acción, cuando se trata de incendios de vegetación, en ciertas ocasiones y lugares sería más eficaz si tuviese, como sí tiene en determinadas provincias, formación y capacitación específica. Si fui confuso u ofensivo no fue mi intención y me disculpo”, dice el segundo tweet sobre el tema.
