Con una grilla repleta de artistas locales y nacionales, este fin de semana vuelve el Festival del Río San Luis. El evento musical tendrá tres noches (viernes 13, sábado 14 y domingo 15) y se desarrollará en el anfiteatro del Parque IV Centenario, desde las 20 horas.

“El festival se venía haciendo en la ciudad de San Luis y por diversos motivos se dejó de realizar. Vemos cómo el interior de la provincia tiene una oferta de festivales de esta magnitud y por eso desde el Municipio empezamos a trabajar en esto por un pedido específico del intendente Sergio Tamayo. Queremos instituir una fecha en el verano para todos los vecinos y vecinas de la ciudad”, dijo Andrés Russo, secretario de Gobierno municipal.

El día viernes 13 será un día dedicado a la música folklórica con los locales Terranova, La Cautana, Daniela y Los Garrones, Los Fulanos, Algarroba.com, y un cierre a cargo de Nahuel Pennisi. El día sábado está dirigido a los jóvenes y el rock, con DJ Diomedi, Keim, La Yugular y un cierre nacional con Javier Calamaro y La Franela.

El domingo 15 es una jornada a plena música tropical, cumbia y cuartero, con Los Pasioneros, Chicos Mentha, La Parcera, Los Playeros y un cierre de la jornada -y de todo el festival- con Amar Azul. En todas las jornadas, en los alrededores del parque habrá un patio de comidas con food trucks, que ofrecerán diversas propuestas de comidas y bebidas.

“Todos los días vamos a estar comenzando a las 20 horas con los espectáculos y cerca de las 2 de la mañana vamos a estar cerrando”, dijo Matías Follari, secretario de Turismo, Cultura, Deportes y Juventudes, y añadió que, si bien la cita es las 19.45, a las 18 horas ya estará todo listo para que la gente pueda ir ingresando.

El secretario también adelantó que, junto a la Policía Provincial, habrá un operativo de tránsito y estacionamiento para brindar seguridad a los vehículos y peatones. Además, que la elección del anfiteatro se realizó con base en su capacidad y que con la reciente obra de puesta en valor el lugar quedó bien iluminado y seguro para el espectador.
