Los diputados del Frente de Todos comenzaron a delinear la estrategia que llevarán adelante en la Comisión de Juicio Político para obtener un dictamen positivo para que el Congreso de la Nación juzgue por mal desempeño a los cuatro miembros de la Corte Suprema.

Aunque hace apenas una semana el presidente Alberto Fernández se reunión con el titular del bloque, Germán Martínez, y con la presidenta de la Comisión, Carolina Gaillard, para darles el proyecto de ley consensuado con los gobernadores, no será ese el que ingrese a la Cámara de Diputados.

El diputado Rodolfo Tailhade, miembro de la comisión, explicó que el proyecto llevará la firma de diputados y no del Ejecutivo. “Lo van a presentar diputados del bloque que no forman parte de la comisión”, dijo. Frente a la consulta de por qué no se presentaba el texto que entregó el Presidente, el diputado kirchnerista aseguró que tiene que ver con los plazos.

 “Un proyecto de pedido de juicio político presentado por el Ejecutivo tiene un plazo para ser llevado al recinto de un año, mientras que en el caso de uno presentado por diputados tiene como plazo tres años. No hace falta que una vez que tengamos dictamen ir directo al recinto, nos da mucho mayor margen”, señaló el ex integrante de la AFI. “Vamos a presentar el mismo proyecto de Alberto Fernández pero firmado por diputados”, agregó.

Pero el cambio principal y que se terminará de definir en el encuentro que se desarrollará mañana entre los 16 diputados del Frente de Todos, tiene que ver con un pedido que se le elevará al Presidente relacionado con el temario de sesiones extraordinarias.

Los legisladores le van a solicitar a Alberto Fernández que habilite el juicio político en extraordinarias y que lo haga con una fórmula en especial. “El decreto tiene que habilitar el juicio político a la Corte y no el proyecto de Alberto Fernández de juicio político a la Corte”, explicó Tailhade.

Esta mirada apunta a que se habilite a tratar todos los pedidos de juicios políticos contra los ministros de la Corte que hay en la Comisión y sumar los que ya presentó la oposición. Así, por ejemplo, entraría el que presentó la Coalición Cívica contra Ricardo Lorenzetti, el de la diputada Vanesa Siley contra Carlos Rosenkrantz por el 2×1 o el de la asociación de juristas contra Rosenkrantz. De esa manera se podrán tener todos en consideración a la hora de avanzar en la investigación que llevará adelante la Comisión.

Desde Juntos por el Cambio anticiparon la jugada legislativa y, luego del Zoom de la Mesa Nacional que se realizó este mediodía, emitieron un comunicado en donde señalan que los pedidos de juicio político tienen seria “gravedad institucional” y que es “inadmisible el intento de juicio político a la Corte Suprema”. Con esto, la oposición señala que no acompañará tampoco los que fueron presentados por esa fuerza política.

Por otro lado, el texto tendrá cargos diferentes según los magistrados. Por ejemplo, por el caso de la Coparticipación, el proyecto incorporará un cargo específico contra Horacio Rosatti por la supuesta vinculación de Silvio Robles -su vocero- con el gobierno porteño y contra el resto de los ministros por firmarlo. En el caso del Consejo de la Magistratura también hay un cargo específico contra Rosatti y el resto de los ministros, salvo Lorenzetti porque no firmó el fallo.

Según el reglamento interno los únicos que están en condiciones de decidir si van o no a la Comisión, son los acusados. Lo que están pensando los diputados oficialistas es juntar toda la prueba y, con eso, invitar a los ministros de la Corte a exponer su descargo. Salvo los funcionarios que son pasibles de juicio político, el resto de los citados debe argumentar explicación razonable para ausentarse. En caso, contrario la Comisión tiene la facultad de pedirle a un juez que ordene el traslado por la fuerza pública. “En esa línea, vamos a pedir que vengan Silvio Robles -vocero de Horacio Rosatti- y D´Alessandro, y tienen que venir, no están protegidos”, explicó Tailhade señalando lo que será parte de la estrategia del Frente de Todos.

Los legisladores también van a pedir que vayan a declarar los senadores Luis Juez y Huberto Schiavonni que son los que llevaron adelante la estrategia parlamentaria que le habría sugerido Robles a D´Alessandro (según trascendió en los presuntos chats privados que fueron robados del teléfono del segundo) para no convalidar la designación de los senadores del Frente de Todos en el Consejo de la Magistratura.

Buena parte de esa estrategia se terminará de definir mañana en el encuentro que protagonizarán los 16 diputados del Frente de Todos que conforman la Comisión de Juicio Político mientras el Gobierno ultima los detalles del llamado de extraordinarias.
