EL GOBIERNO NACIONAL LE ENTREGÓ A LA PROVINCIA 9 AMBULANCIAS DE TRASLADOS, CUIDADOS CRÍTICOS Y 4×4

La visita de las ministras nacionales de Salud, Carla Vizzotti; y de Mujeres, Géneros y Diversidad de la Nación, Ayelén Mazzina; continuó este miércoles con un acto que se realizó este miércoles, a las 10 horas, en el hospital Ramón Carrillo, donde entregaron 4 ambulancias de traslado (Mercedes Benz Sprinter), 3 ambulancias UTI (Mercedes Benz Sprinter) y 2 ambulancias 4×4 (Toyota Hilux), parte de un plan de reconstrucción del sistema de salud.

Las ministras nacionales también estuvieron por el secretario de Equidad, Víctor Urbani y la ministra de Salud provincial, Rosa Dávila.

Estuvieron presentes además la secretaria de Acceso a la Salud, Sandra Tirado; Paulina Calderón, secretaria de Políticas de Igualdad y Diversidad de Nación; el ministro de Seguridad provincial, Claudio Latini; su par de Educación, Eugenia Cantaloube; el jefe del Programa Sempro, Daniel José, junto a integrantes de su equipo; la jefa del Programa Medicina del Interior, Fedra Santagata y demás autoridades ministeriales, tanto nacionales como provinciales.

“Agradezco al Gobierno nacional por el acompañamiento permanente de todo este tiempo, no sólo con políticas que desarrollamos sino con transferencia de recursos y equipamiento, este martes hemos visitado el Laboratorio de Salud Pública donde instalamos tecnología para prevención de cáncer cervicouterino, se trata de un equipo de biología molecular por captación híbrida. A demás, a través del Instituto Malbrán, recibimos un equipo para secuenciación genómica y, ahora, estas nueve ambulancias que sumamos a la importante inversión que hizo la Provincia con la adquisición de 50 unidades, de las cuales 40 ya entregamos en distintos puntos de la provincia”, detalló la ministra provincial, doctora Rosa Dávila.

El Programa Parque Automotor, de la Secretaría de Transporte de San Luis, realizó los trabajos de colocación de AVL (seguimiento satelital) y oblea SIPA (Sistema Integrado Parque Automotor), el cual controla la carga de combustible, como así también los trabajos de mantenimientos realizados a las unidades.

Las nuevas unidades serán destinadas al Sistema de Emergencias Médicas Provincial (Sempro) que tiene sus bases en la ciudad capital, ciudad de Villa Mercedes y Villa de Merlo; y de las 2 unidades 4×4, una de ellas será entregada al Programa Medicina del Interior, específicamente, al departamento San Martín, que tienen en su geografía zonas de difícil acceso.

Por su parte, la doctora Carla Vizzotti, indicó: “Estas ambulancias son para el fortalecimiento del sistema de salud, serán utilizadas para llevar más y mejor salud, de manera más rápida y eficiente y hacer mejor el trabajo del equipo que tiene a cargo la emergencia en la provincia, es un gusto enorme estar acá”.

“El gobernador, Alberto Rodríguez Saá, desde el principio y antes de saber que habría una pandemia priorizó la salud y es por eso que San Luis tiene realmente un sistema, un equipo y una estrategia sanitaria muy potente, por eso seguimos trabajando en conjunto y estas ambulancias significan una inversión grande. Son 344 unidades para todo el país, aquí se entregan las primeras 4×4, que se necesitan en función de los territorios”, concluyó la ministra de Salud de Nación.

Por último, el secretario de Equidad del Ministerio de Salud de la Nación, Víctor Urbani, señaló: “La importancia de las ambulancias es la accesibilidad, dar acceso a la población ante emergencias, para que los vehículos estén en condiciones deben renovarse, desde Nación hacemos un esfuerzo, pero obviamente el esfuerzo más grande lo hacen las provincias y hay algunas que necesitan mayor ayuda que otras; estamos en una que necesita menos ayuda, básicamente, porque se hacen las cosas muy bien, como ejemplo tenemos este hospital robótico que impresiona, impacta”.

Seguidamente, dando por finalizado este encuentro, se invitó a las autoridades a realizar una visita a la Farmacia Robótica del Hospital Central “Dr. Ramón Carrillo”.

En detalle

Se recibieron 4 ambulancias de traslado (Mercedes Benz Sprinter), 3 ambulancias UTI (Mercedes Benz Sprinter) y 2 ambulancias 4×4 (Toyota Hilux).

Ambulancia de traslado: vehículo apto para el traslado de pacientes, los cuales no se encuentran con riesgo de vida. La transformación cuenta con dos sectores bien diferenciados, la cabina de conducción y el compartimento sanitario. El vehículo es apto para el traslado de pacientes sobre una camilla debidamente instalada. El compartimiento sanitario posee una silla especial para médico tratante y un sector para acompañantes o paciente adicional. El equipamiento que posee es: amilla plegable, silla de rueda ortopédica, tubo de oxígeno de 1 metro cúbico, radio de telecomunicaciones, aire acondicionado y calefacción en ambos sectores.

Ambulancia 4×4: vehículo apto para el traslado de pacientes estables en terrenos rurales gracias a su tracción 4×4 como así también de cubiertas tipo todo terreno. La transformación cuenta con dos sectores bien diferenciados, la cabina de conducción y el compartimento sanitario. El vehículo es apto para el traslado de un paciente sobre camilla debidamente instalada. El compartimiento sanitario posee silla especial para médico tratante y un sector para acompañantes o paciente adicional. El equipamiento que posee es: camilla plegable, silla de rueda ortopédica, tubo de oxígeno en el vehículo y tubo de oxígeno portátil adicional, tensiómetro aneroide, férulas inflables, collares cervicales, aspirador de secreciones portátil, radio de telecomunicaciones, aire acondicionado y calefacción en ambos sectores.

Ambulancia de cuidados críticos: vehículo apto para el traslado de pacientes en emergencia con riesgo de vida. La transformación cuenta con dos sectores bien diferenciados, la cabina de conducción y el compartimento sanitario. El vehículo es apto para el traslado de un paciente sobre camilla debidamente instalada. El compartimiento sanitario posee silla especial para médico tratante y un sector para acompañantes o paciente adicional. El equipamiento que posee es: camilla plegable, silla de rueda ortopédica, central de gases médicos compuesta por dos salidas de oxígeno, una de nebulización y una de vacío, 1 cardiodesfibrilador, 1 bolso de vía área para intubación, 1 bolso de inmovilización, 1 bolso de vía área no invasivo, 1 bolso de trauma, dos tubos de oxígeno de 2 metros cúbicos. Radio de telecomunicaciones, aire acondicionado, y calefacción en ambos sectores.
