DICTARON PRISIÓN PREVENTIVA PARA EL ACUSADO DE REALIZAR EL HOMICIDIO EN CONCARÁN
La Jueza de Garantías Nº1 de la Tercera Circunscripción Judicial, Patricia Besso, dictó este lunes la prisión preventiva para Luis Ramírez, imputado por el homicidio de su pareja, María Soledad Salazar.
La magistrada hizo lugar a lo solicitado por la Fiscalía, quien en la audiencia de formulación de cargos celebrada esta mañana en los tribunales de Concarán tipificó provisoriamente el hecho como “femicidio agravado por el vínculo y por haber sido cometido en un contexto de violencia de género” (artículos 80 inciso 1 y 44, y artículo 45, todos del Código Penal; y Ley 26485 Protección Integral para Prevenir, Sancionar y Erradicar la Violencia contra las Mujeres).
La medida de coerción ordenada por Besso será de 120 días, término que tendrá la Fiscalía para reunir toda su evidencia, sin perjuicio de pedir una prórroga. Una vez que se venza ese plazo el Ministerio Público Fiscal deberá realizar la acusación y luego elevar la causa a juicio. Vale recordar que el tiempo de la prisión preventiva es distinto al tiempo que podría recaer en caso de una eventual condena.
El hecho que se investiga ocurrió en la madrugada de este domingo, alrededor de las 3:20, en la casa que pertenece a la suegra de la víctima, ubicada en la manzana 42 del barrio Jardín, de Concarán. Allí la pareja vivía junto a su hija de 2 años.
De acuerdo al informe forense realizado por Gustavo Lafourcade, Salazar, de 22 años, sufrió tres heridas cortantes y falleció de un shock hipovolémico a causa de una hemorragia profusa. La víctima recibió dos cortes en el cuello, una de 12 centímetros y otra superficial, de 4. También sufrió una herida profunda en la zona lumbar de que afectó gravemente su riñón derecho.
La situación judicial de la hija de la pareja
Ramírez, de 23 años, y Salazar tenían una hija de 2 años. El juez de Familia, Niñez, Adolescencia y Violencia, Carlos Hugo Orozco, ordenó ayer a las 19 horas que la beba permanezca en el domicilio de Carla Guzmán, hermana de la víctima, hasta tanto se lleven adelante una serie de medidas ordenadas por el juzgado y que están relacionados a informes y entrevistas de importancia para la causa.
