UNA CIUDAD PROHÍBE MÚSICA FUERTE EN CASAS Y COMERCIOS

La ciudad cordobesa de Cuesta Blanca emitió una ordenanza donde se toma como ruidos molestos la música a alto volumen que afecte al espacio público.

Una cuidad cordobesa prohibió escuchar música con parlantes a alto volumen en viviendas y comercios. Habrá controles y penalizaciones para que se cumpla la norma. La medida podría ser el inicio para que otras localidades del país sigan el ejemplo.

La Municipalidad de Cuesta Blanca emitió una ordenanza por la cual quedan prohibidos los ruidos molestos, entre los que se cuenta la música con volumen alto que lleve hasta la vía pública, por lo cual los comercios y las viviendas están contempladas en la restricción.

La intendenta de la ciudad, Ana Gaitán, en diálogo con CarlosPazVivo.com, explicó que la medida tiene como objetivo «cumplir con uno de los fines que buscan los que eligen a esta localidad como centro de descanso».

Las autoridades municipales de la localidad cordobesa de Cuesta Blanca evaluaron que los ruidos molestos atentaban contra el lugar como destino turístico, por lo cual su comisión comunal ordenó en las últimas horas prohibir la música fuerte en viviendas y comercios.

Asimismo, la resolución busca un mejor ordenamiento urbano convivencia, además de preservar la salud y la seguridad de sus habitantes. Según la disposición, no se permitirá ningún tipo de música en vivo o proveniente de aparatos reproductores o instrumentos, ni griteríos que resulten molestos para los lugareños o turistas.
