MURIÓ EL HIJO DE MILAGRO SALA
Sergio Esteban Chorolque Sala, uno de los dos hijos de Milagro Sala —junto con Claudia Elizabeth Chorolque Sala—, murió este lunes a los 37 años. Su cuerpo fue hallado en su casa, situada en el barrio Cuyaya de San Salvador de Jujuy.
Según informaron desde su entorno, la salud de Sergio estaba “bastante deteriorada” por un cuadro de diabetes, pero la causa del fallecimiento no se precisó aún. El martes por la mañana se le realizará una autopsia.
La noticia de la muerte fue confirmada por Ariel Ruarte, uno de los abogados de Milagro Sala. “Aún no se sabe la causa del fallecimiento, es todo muy reciente, nos enteramos alrededor de las 14.30. El equipo de emergencias médicas informó la muerte, y ahora trabaja en el lugar el médico forense”, precisó a Página/12.
Sobre el estado en el que se encuentra la líder de la Tupac Amaru tras ser informada sobre la muerte de su hijo, Ruarte expresó: “Nunca la había visto tan profundamente triste. La he visto enojada y triste en otras situaciones, pero nunca así”.
Sergio Chorolque Sala se definía en sus redes sociales como “Militante peronista Kirchnerista y de la organización Barrial Tupac Amaru”.
En 2017, la Justicia de Jujuy lo imputó en una causa por lavado de dinero contra su madre, bajo el cargo de “encubrimiento agravado por aseguramiento y provecho de bienes de origen ilícito”. En ese expediente se determinó que Chorolque había comprado siete autos entre 2011 y 2015, todos de contado.
En los últimos años, participó de las protestas para exigir la liberación de Milagro Sala, detenida desde el 16 de enero de 2016, casi todo ese tiempo sometida a prisión preventiva sin condena.
Tras prolongados trámites, la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) impuso al Estado argentino que aliviara su calvario por motivos humanitarios y de salud exigiendo a la Argentina que le concediera el régimen de prisión preventiva domiciliaria.
