OCHO MIL PUNTANOS NO PODRÁN JUBILARSE SI EL CONGRESO NO SANCIONA LA LEY DE MORATORIA
Solo en la provincia de San Luis, 8 mil personas quedarán sin acceder a su jubilación en 2023 si la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación no sanciona la Ley de Pago de Deuda Previsional, que debe tratarse en sesiones extraordinarias.
Así lo informó ANSES, que agregó que a nivel país el número asciende a 800 personas.
El organismo, mediante un comunicado de prensa, remarcó “la necesidad de que dicha ley sea discutida de manera urgente para contar con una herramienta previsional que dé respuesta a la gran cantidad de personas mayores que se encuentran en esa situación”.
El Plan de Pago de Deuda Previsional alcanza a dos grupos: por un lado, a quienes ya cumplieron la edad jubilatoria (60 años las mujeres y 65 los varones), pero no cuentan con los 30 años de aportes realizados. Estas personas podrán cancelar la deuda de aportes en cuotas descontadas de su jubilación.
Por el otro, quienes están a menos de 10 años de cumplir la edad jubilatoria y ya saben que no alcanzarán los 30 años de aportes. En este caso, podrán identificar y cancelar períodos pasados de aportes, lo que les otorgará derecho a acumular períodos para su futura jubilación.
La norma que otorga esos beneficios debía tratarse a finales del año pasado en Diputados, pero Juntos por el Cambio no dio quórum. Ahora su tratamiento vuelve a peligrar porque el bloque opositor no acompañará las sesiones extraordinarias ni “ningún proyecto enviado por el Gobierno nacional” por el juicio político que pretende llevar adelante el Ejecutivo contra los miembros de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
