ATE DENUNCIA “CONDICIONES PAUPÉRRIMAS” DE TRABAJO EN PLANTAS DE RECICLADO DEL GOBIERNO
La Asociación de Trabajadores del Estado San Luis (ATE) denuncia públicamente que trabajadores de las plantas de reciclado y tratamiento de residuos de El Jote y La Jarilla desempeñan “su labor en condiciones paupérrimas, ambas plantas violan todas las legislaciones vigentes referidas a seguridad e higiene y ponen en peligro a cada uno de los y las trabajadoras”.
Según ATE, “existen situaciones como falta de indumentaria para el tratamiento de residuos, inexistencia de sanitarios en condiciones y lugar de descanso, falta de reconocimiento de tarea insalubre para el pago de suplementos, escaso mantenimiento de las máquinas; muchas de ellas fuera de servicio hace un par de años. Además, es preciso establecer control de plagas periódico, definición de carga horaria de los y las trabajadoras, recategorizaciones al personal, pago por antigüedad, vacaciones y una obra social que contenga las necesidades de las y los trabajadores y su grupo familiar de acuerdo a su zona de residencia”.
Desde el sindicato se reveló que en diciembre y enero entregaron petitorios en el 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐨𝐬 𝐒𝐨́𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐨𝐬 𝐔𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚 para crear una mesa de diálogo con el objetivo de mejorar las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores de las plantas. “Desde la Dirección de este Ente Provincial se han llamado al silencio, pese a la intervención del programa de relaciones laborales de la Provincia de San Luis. Razón por la cual, el día de mañana (este martes) realizaremos una asamblea en la planta de El Jote, para definir las acciones gremiales que llevaremos adelante los próximos días”, afirman desde ATE.
En este contexto se evaluará la posibilidad de un paro total en las plantas de El Jote y Jarilla con manifestaciones en las puertas de ambas.
La Asociación considera imprescindible que se constituya una mesa de negociación para ir resolviendo las diferentes problemáticas planteadas y que se reconozca a ATE como sindicato de representa a los trabajadores de las plantas de reciclado.

One thing I’ve noticed is there are plenty of misconceptions regarding the lenders intentions whenever talking about home foreclosure. One fable in particular is the bank prefers to have your house.
