REALIZARÁN UN PARO DE 48 HORAS EN LA PLANTA DE RECICLADO EL JOTE EN RECLAMO DE MEJORAS LABORALES
Tras la realización de una asamblea de trabajadores se resolvió realizar un paro total de actividades en la planta de reciclado y tratamiento de residuos El Jote (ubicada en las afueras de la localidad de Carpintería) para el lunes 6 y martes 7 de febrero. La medida de fuerza se tomó para reclamar una serie de mejoras laborales que se solicitan al Gobierno provincial.
La Asociación de Trabajadores del Estado (ATE) San Luis manifestó que se solicitó “por varios medios se abra una instancia de diálogo para poder exponer lo que visualizamos como problemática para acordar los tiempos lógicos para poder solucionarlas. En su oportunidad, los responsables del organismo no concurrieron a una reunión que si bien tenía un carácter informal, había sido convocada por el Programa de Relaciones Laborales de la Provincia con el fin de acercar las partes y entablar el diálogo; además, no han dado repuestas a los petitorios enviados que habían sido elaborados con reclamos de larga data”.
El organismo sindical sostiene que “tampoco han cesado los casos de violencia laboral ejercida sobre el personal que se acrecentó luego de que tomaran la decisión de organizarse”.
Los trabajadores reclaman:
• Reconocimiento por trabajo insalubre.
• Recategorización en base al reglamento interno y a las funciones de las personas trabajadoras.
• Ropa y calzado adecuado para el manejo de residuos.
• Elementos de seguridad acordes a la tarea realizada.
• Cese a la persecución y violencia laboral (amenazas al personal).
• Revisión de criterios ítem presentismo.
• Reparación de maquinarias esenciales para poder desarrollar las tareas diarias.
• Premio por producción.
• Elementos de primeros auxilios (botiquín).
• Adecuación del lugar de descanso, ambientado y cómodo para el correcto descanso de los trabajadores y trabajadoras, con baños habilitados y duchas.
• Plan de Control de plagas dado que se convive con roedores, alimañas, etc.
• Jubilación anticipada por tarea insalubre.
• Mejoras en infraestructura.
• Definición de carga horaria.
• Creación de un protocolo de procedimiento ante accidente de trabajo (ART).
Cabe recordar que ATE hace un par de días dio a conocer “condiciones paupérrimas” de trabajo en plantas de reciclado de El Jote y La Jarilla (Quines).
