El nuevo sucesor tomó juramento este miércoles en el Salon Blanco del Palacio de Justicia.

Este miércoles, en el Salón Blanco del Palacio de Justicia, se realizó el traspaso de la  presidencia del Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ). Carolina Monte Riso le tomó juramento a Jorge Alberto Levingston, quien asumió como presidente por el período comprendido entre el 1° de febrero de este año hasta el 31 de enero de 2024.

Participaron de la ceremonia la ministra del Alto Cuerpo Judicial, Cecilia Chada; el procurador general de la provincia; Luis Martínez; la defensora general, Marcela Torres Cappiello y la secretaría administrativa del STJ, Ivanna Vanessa Albarado Magallanes.

Además asistieron la presidente provisional del senado provincial, María Angélica Torrontegui; la presidente de la Cámara de Diputados provincial, Silvia Sosa Araujo; el fiscal de Estado, Eduardo Allende; el rector de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis, Víctor Moriñigo; la vicerrectora de la Universidad Católica de Cuyo, Melina Maluf Martínez y el secretario general del Sindicato Judiciales Puntanos, Luciano Cardarelli.
