ASÍ SERÁ EL CRONOGRAMA ELECTORAL EN LA PROVINCIA DE SAN LUIS

El Tribunal Electoral Provincial dio a conocer el cronograma de las elecciones de la provincia, que se realizarán el próximo 11 de junio.

Mediante Acordada Nº 3-TEP-23, el Tribunal Electoral Provincial (TEP) dio a conocer el Cronograma Electoral correspondiente a las Elecciones Generales en la provincia de San Luis, a desarrollarse el próximo 11 de junio del corriente año, convocadas por el Poder Ejecutivo Provincial a través del Decreto Nº 52-MJGyC-2023.

En cumplimiento a la Ley Nº XI-1086-2022, dichos comicios se realizarán con la aplicación del Sistema Electoral de Lemas, que en su Art. 3 refiere: “se entenderá por LEMA la denominación de un partido político, alianza de partidos o frente electoral, que haya sido reconocido como tal por la Justicia Electoral Provincial para todos los actos y procedimientos electorales; y SUBLEMA se definirá como fracción de un LEMA, que reúna los requisitos que establezca la presente Ley”.

El presente cronograma establece los plazos, etapas y actos que hacen al proceso del comicio, conforme la normativa legal de referencia.

AUTORIDADES DE LA JUSTICIA ELECTORAL PROVINCIAL:

El Tribunal Electoral Provincial es presidido por el Dr. Jorge Alberto Levingston y conformado con los vocales Dres. Javier Solano Ayala y Fernando Julio de Viana. Como Juez Electoral Provincial interviene el Dr. José Agustín Ruta. En tanto la Secretaría Electoral Provincial está a cargo de su titular, la Dra. Ana Mariángeles Giménez Lanza.

Asimismo, recordaron que toda la normativa, disposiciones y demás documentos referentes a las Elecciones Generales Provinciales 2023, las encontrará en el sitio web oficial de la Justicia Electoral Provincial: https://electoral.justiciasanluis.gov.ar/
