CONCURRIDA MARCHA PARA PEDIR JUSTICIA POR EL CRIMEN DEL POLICÍA DIEGO GATICA

Familiares de Diego Gatica, el policía asesinado a golpes en un asalto en septiembre del 2022, encabezaron una movilización este lunes por la tarde para pedir justicia por el crimen y un cambio en las leyes para bajar la edad de imputabilidad.

La movilización se realizó el día en que Diego cumpliría 31 años y estuvo encabezada por los padres de la víctima.

La semana pasada, la fiscal de Instrucción N°4, María del Valle Durán, solicitó la elevación a juicio de la causa que tiene 6 acusados: Lautaro Cruz, Maycol Bustos, Alexis Cuello, los hermanos Esteban y Enzo Colombo, y un menor de edad punible.

Salvo Cruz, los acusados imputables tienen arresto domiciliario. La familia de Gatica asegura que, en realidad, están en libertad.

Gatica transitaba en bicicleta cuando fue atacado por un grupo de jóvenes a la alturadel puente del barrio Tibiletti de la ciudad de San Luis. La víctima, que prestaba servicios en la División de Respuesta Inmediata Motorizada (DRIM), y estuvo internado durante seis días en el Hospital Central “Ramón Carrillo” hasta su fallecimiento, el 11 de septiembre de 2022.

En la marcha de este lunes, estuvieron presentes también familiares de víctimas de otros hechos de inseguridad y violencia en la provincia.

La movilización partió desde el Correo y, tras recorrer las calles del centro de la ciudad, llegó al edificio del Poder Judicial sobre la calle Rivadavia.
