“Todos Unidos”, integra la “Convergencia Programática Provincial” sumandose al lema “Cambia San Luis” que tiene como figura principal a Claudio Poggi y concentra a todos los partidos político opositores al gobernador Alberto Rodríguez Saá.

En el acta, Todos Unidos manifiesta que presentarán candidatos a cargos provinciales y municipales, y aclaran que el «candidato a Gobernador será una persona que nunca antes haya cometido para ese cargo».
