SHELL AUMENTÓ SUS COMBUSTIBLES UN 3,8%

Desde la medianoche de este miércoles 15 de marzo, se concretó la actualización en los precios de combustibles de Shell. Se trata del cuarto y último aumento previsto a partir del acuerdo entre el Gobierno Nacional y las empresas petroleras. Por tal motivo, los valores tendrán un incremento del 3,8% promedio a nivel nacional.
A poco de que se confirmaran los datos de la inflación, la petrolera Raizen, licenciataria de la marca Shell anunció el aumento en el precio de combustibles que empezó a regir a partir de hoy. La medida implementada forma parte del acuerdo realizado durante noviembre del año pasado entre las empresas del sector hidrocarburífero con el Ministerio de Economía. En aquel entonces, se estableció un tope en las subas de la nafta por el plazo de cuatro meses.
Tanto en diciembre como en enero y febrero la suba fue del 4% mientras que en marzo el aumento es del 3,8%, según lo acordado con la Secretaría de Comercio. De esa manera, la actualización de precios intenta absorber mínimamente los incrementos en los biocombustibles, como así también los costos logísticos y variación en el tipo de cambio oficial que afecta el precio de las materias primas que se utilizan para la producción de combustibles.
El programa denominado “Precios Justos” fue considerado como un acuerdo positivo por parte de las empresas que firmaron, dado que les permitió contar con una previsibilidad en el mercado y contener la inflación. En el mismo participaron las compañías YPF, Panamerican Energy, Raizen y Trafigura, las cuales hicieron efectivo el aumento pautado durante los últimos cuatro meses.
En el acuerdo firmado el año pasado, el Estado se comprometió a garantizar el acceso a divisas para las empresas, sobre todo para el abastecimiento de lubricantes. Además, acordó a reducir temporalmente impuestos en la importación de combustibles a los efectos de garantizar abastecimiento para los sectores del agro.
Como parte del acuerdo establecido, el Gobierno oficializó la decisión de postergar la aplicación de los incrementos a los impuestos a los combustibles, correspondientes al tercer y cuarto trimestres de 2021 y al primer, segundo, tercer y cuarto trimestres de 2022, para la nafta sin plomo, la nafta virgen y el gasoil. De es modo, las empresas contaron con el margen necesario para cumplir con el cronograma de aumentos pactados.
Teniendo en cuenta el periodo de vigencia, se estima que la actualización en forma trimestral se podría realizar a partir del 1° de abril de 2023. En diciembre pasado, el presidente de YPF, Pablo González informó a Infobae que luego de que todas las empresas concreten el último aumento en el precio de combustibles, volverán a mantener reuniones con el Gobierno Nacional. Por tal motivo, se podría volver a negociar el programa u otro acuerdo con base a las expectativas inflacionarias.
Por otra parte, en febrero el Gobierno avanzó con el restablecimiento de un régimen de incentivos para el abastecimiento interno de combustible. A través del Decreto 86/2023 publicado en el Boletín Oficial, el Poder Ejecutivo explicó que podrán las empresas refinadoras y/o refinadoras integradas que “revistan la calidad de abastecedores domésticos excedentarios de gasoil y/o naftas grado DOS (2) o grado TRES (3) respecto de su capacidad de producción de gasoil y/o naftas, contando con plena utilización de su capacidad instalada de refinación y obtengan mensualmente una Participación Bimestral Móvil en el Abastecimiento Interno de gasoil y/o naftas que no resulte inferior a su participación promedio anual en el abastecimiento interno de gasoil y/o naftas del año 2022 en más de UNO POR CIENTO (1 %)”.
