LA FISCAL PALACIOS PIDIÓ QUE SE INVESTIGUE UNA PUBLICACIÓN POR DIFAMACIÓN: “ATACARON MI DIGNIDAD”

La fiscal de Juicio de la primera circunscripción judicial, Virginia Palacios Gonella, pidió la apertura de una investigación para determinar el origen de una publicación que le endilgó estar bajo los efectos de sustancias tóxicas en el edificio del Poder Judicial.

La supuesta información se difundió el lunes de la semana pasada a través de las redes sociales, e incluso fue compartida por dirigentes políticos del arco opositor.

En una nota enviada al Superior Tribunal de Justicia, Palacios señala: “Ante las manifestaciones escritas originadas a partir del seudónimo ‘La Voz  de San Luis’ atribuible al abonado número 2665052284, se me ha endilgado un hecho supuestamente acaecido el pasado día 13 de marzo del año en curso en el propio recinto del Poder Judicial de la Provincia de San Luis; en efecto, se publicó una fotografía de mi auto estacionado en mi cochera asignada con las luces de posición encendidas para luego aseverarse que me encontraba en el interior del mismo bajo el efecto de sustancias tóxicas y que hasta resulto necesaria la concurrencia de ambulancias para asistirme y trasladarme a un nosocomio en donde se me realizaría el abordaje para adicciones con internación”.

Por eso, pide al STJ y a la Procuraduría General de la Provincia que “se articule toda diligencia, indagación, investigación sumaria interna tendiente a establecer la veracidad o falsedad de los hechos como han sido expuestos, como así también se individualice al o los responsables de dicha manifestación escrita viralizada”.

Palacios remarcó que no es la primera vez que es víctima de este tipo de difamación: “Una vez más…una vez más…de otras tantas, se somete y agravia mi persona de bien que ha dejado años al servicio de la justicia en la absoluta convicción de que en ella reposa un valor sublime”.

“Esta vez la malicia tuvo como escenario el recinto mismo del Poder Judicial y ello acarrea otra consecuencia que trasciende lo personal: la desacreditación de la institución judicial como tal y con ello la difamación transciende el espectro personal y atañe a la institución judicial”, sentenció. Y adelantó: “Atacaron mi dignidad y me defenderé hasta las últimas consecuencias”.
