Desde la Municipalidad de San Luis comunicaron que los usuarios que ingresen a SIGEM se les requerirán la actualización de los datos de contacto (número de teléfono, domicilio y correo electrónico). La ventana de actualización aparece de forma automática al ingresar a la plataforma

“A partir de hoy, cuando los usuarios de SIGEM ingresen a la plataforma con su CUIL y contraseña, lo primero que van a ver es una ventana que va a pedir la verificación de los datos que tenemos: el número de teléfono, la dirección de correo electrónico y el domicilio de la persona”, dijo Pedro Liborio Saá, subsecretario de Modernización.

El funcionario explicó que la medida de actualización se tornó necesaria, ya que a más dos años de la puesta en marcha de SIGEM y con más de 100.000 cuentas activas, muchos usuarios se mudaron, o cambiaron su email o número telefónico y las notificaciones de los trámites no se concretaron.

“Queremos que los mensajes y los trámites lleguen a los usuarios y para asegurarnos de que sea así, estamos pidiendo que verifiquen estos datos para saber que siguen siendo los mismos y si han cambiado, lo informen para poder tener la información correcta”, añadió Liborio Saá.

La actualización es un proceso automático -comienza al ingresar a SIGEM- y toma menos de un minuto. “Si los datos son los mismos, se puede verificar. Si alguno cambió, lo modifican en el formulario que aparece y hacen clic en Guardar. Al usuario le va a llegar un mensaje de texto al teléfono, con un link. Al tocar en el link, ya queda verificado. La actualización se va a pedir la próxima vez que ingresen al sistema. No hay apuro, no hay que hacerlo ahora mismo, pero mientras antes, mejor”, concluyó el subsecretario.
