La medida se formalizó a través de la Resolución 168/2023, publicada hoy en el Boletín Oficial, que actualiza los montos vigentes desde enero que se habían establecido en la resolución 15/2023.

La Secretaría de Energía dispuso un aumento del 21%, retroactivo al 1° de marzo, de los precios máximos de referencias de las garrafas de 10, 12 y 15 kilos para fraccionadores, distribuidores y venta al público, así como el butano y el propano para los productores adheridos al programa Hogar.

La medida se formalizó a través de la Resolución 168/2023, publicada hoy en el Boletín Oficial, que actualiza los montos vigentes desde enero que se habían establecido en la resolución 15/2023.

De esta forma, el precio máximo de referencia para la garrafa de 10 kilos pasó a ser de $ 667 para los fraccionadores y $ 1.171 para los distribuidores, en tanto el de venta al público quedó en $ 1.229.

En el caso de las unidades de 12 kilos, los precios máximos pasaron a ser de $ 800, $ 1.405 y $ 1.475 y en las de 15 kilos de $ 1.000, $ 1.756 y $ 1.844, respectivamente.

El precio máximo de referencia por tonelada de butano y propano para los productores es de $ 35.672, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los anexos de la resolución.

En los considerandos de la medida se indicó que «los precios máximos de referencia cumplen un rol primordial para poder dar efectivo cumplimiento a los objetivos trazados en la Ley 26.020″,de Régimen de Industria y Comercialización de Gas Licuado de Petróleo (GLP).

La última actualización de precios se produjo el 19 de enero y la Secretaría de Energía consideró necesario un incremento, «teniendo en cuenta la variación experimentada en los valores asociados a la producción de GLP, así como en los costos observados en los segmentos de fraccionamiento, distribución y comercio minorista», aunque «siempre manteniendo la protección de los usuarios vulnerables a través del Programa Hogar».
