IMPUTAN A UN CAMIONERO POR HOMICIDIO CULPOSO EN ACCIDENTE DE TRÁNSITO
El fiscal de Instrucción N° 1 de la ciudad de San Luis, Emmanuel Sastre, imputó por homicidio culposo en accidente de tránsito a Pedro Zacarias Palavecino, el camionero que se salió de su carril y embistió con su camión cisterna Iveco a María Iscaro, que circulaba por la autopista de las Serranías Puntanas, en sentido contrario, a bordo de un de Chevrolet Prisma. El hecho ocurrió el martes en el kilómetro 771 de la Autopista de las Serranías Puntanas.
Además, el juez de Garantías N° 4, Marcelo Bustamante Marone, ordenó este jueves, en la audiencia de formulación de cargos, que el hombre de 63 años firme el libro de imputados dos veces al mes por un plazo de 90 días, mientras se continúa con las medidas y pruebas que restan producir en la causa.
