Tras 16 días de no muy arduo trabajo, la Justicia Electoral finalmente proclamó a los candidatos electos como diputados provinciales en los comicios del pasado 11 de junio.

Como puede apreciarse en el listado, en el departamento Pedernera se aplicó el sistema que se rumoreaba, ya que en el departamento Pedernera solo ingresaron mujeres por el lema ganador, Cambia San Luis, y solo hombres por el que salió segundo, Unión por San Luis.
En total, de las 21 bancas que estaban en juego, el oficialismo provincial se quedó con 13 y Cambia San Luis con 8. Considerando las últimas alianzas políticas que ha habido, como Sanluiseños por el Cambio volviendo a integrar la oposición y el adolfismo que para las elecciones se sumó a Cambia San Luis; podemos decir que la oposición ponía 9 bancas en juego, lo que significa que pierde una, ya que el lema de Claudio Poggi ganó 8.
De este modo, la oposición, y futuro oficialismo provincial, tendrá, hasta fines de 2025, un bloque de 17 legisladores, mientras que el actual oficialismo tendrá quórum propio y una amplia mayoría con 26 legisladores.
