ENRIQUE PONCE FUE DESIGNADO NUEVO DEFENSOR DEL PUEBLO DE SAN LUIS
La Asamblea General Legislativa, convocada para este martes por el vicegobernador Eduardo Gastón Mones Ruiz, eligió al nuevo Defensor del Pueblo y a dos Miembros del Tribunal de Cuentas.
En votación nominal, el exintendente de San Luis, Enrique Ponce, fue electo Defensor del Pueblo por 28 votos afirmativos contra 20 negativos. El dirigente estaba presente en el recinto de la Cámara de Diputados y prestó juramento en el acto.
Por otra parte, la Asamblea también votó por los integrantes del Tribunal de Cuentas. Por nominación del bloque mayoritario, el senador Diego García propuso a Cecilia Badaloni; mientras que por los bloques minoritarios fueron nominados Néstor Ordoñez (propuesto por Gastón Hissa) y Daniel Marone (postulado por Mario Alume).
Tras la votación, fueron electos Badaloni por 49 votos y Marone por 30 votos. Previo a la votación del segundo miembro para integrar el Tribunal de Cuentas, los legisladores poggistas que habían propuesto a Ordoñez, se retiraron del recinto en desacuerdo a la propuesta del bloque unipersonal que representa el diputado Alume.
